First two rounds are nice for the Pats but the 3rd is only ok. I prefer Demarco Murray's fit to Daniel Thomas at RB and I don't like Sheppard's fit in the 34. He would only be an ILB and that position is stocked at the minute. I would prefer either Chykie Brown or Davon House at the end of the third.

orlando franklin is an interesting pick. i dont think he really fits well into the zbs honestly. his biggest weaknesses are really his agility and lateral movement. he is much more of a big strong mauler. i do like his attitude and versatility but i dont really think he would grade out for our system that highly.

give KC Mock or Carter in RD 3 and it's perfect

3. Buffalo Bills: OLB Von Miller Texas AM
4. Cincinnati Bengals: QB Blaine Gabbert Missouri
5. Arizona Cardinals: CB Patrick Peterson LSU

34. Buffalo Bills: OT Nate Solder Colorado
35. Cincinnati Bengals: OT Derek Sherrod Mississippi State
36. Denver Broncos: TE Kyle Rudolph Notre Dame
43. Minnesota Vikings: QB Christian Ponder Florida State

68. Buffalo Bills: TE Luke Stocker Tennessee
92. New England Patriots: ILB Kevin Sheppard LSU

If the Bills dont believe Gabbert is a franchise QB, then I can see them going Miller or Peterson, although I think Peterson is the better player overall, and I think he would be the pick, McGhee is breaking down, McLovin is a question mark coming off the injury last year, and getting picked on often, Florence is getting older and is solid, but not spectacular and possibly gone in FA, Corner and Youbouty are nickel and dime guys at best, Peterson makes more sense for the Bills than is being considered nationally. Plus we just game Merriman and Kelsey contract extensions, drafted 2 OLB's last year, have not given up on Maybin, signed Reggie Torbor in FA last year, and have Antonio Coleman on the roster who was a UDRFA last year... Not a knock on Miller, who I do like, but I think Peterson makes more sense.
I think with Nix's preference for players from the S/SE area of the country Sherrod would be the pick over Solder, plus I think Sherrod can come in a start from day one and is better in the run game. Rudolph fills the gigantic hole at TE, and contrary to popular belief, Gailey has utilized TE's effectively in the past. If they do not go QB in round 1, the only guy I see them taking in round 2 in Ponder. Either of the 3 is the pick over Solder IMO, and based on things they (Nix and Gailey) have said and done in the past.
Honestly if Sheppard is there when they pick in round 3 they grab him before any TE not named Rudolph. He fits everything they have stated they want in a ILB, and they let him run the show on defense at the senior bowl.

kyle rudolph remains a piss poor pick in the second for denver.

Put me in this boat. You still have Paea, Moore and Wilson on the board at this spot. Put any of those guys in there instead. Paea especially.

For the Saints, I am cool with Heyward. I think we need more a NT. So in round 2, I would take Jerrel Jernigan as I believe we have to upgrade our return units. In the third, I would take Kenrick Ellis with the first pick. We have no need for Greg Little. He does offer return ability like Jernigan. With the second third rounder, I would be cool with Chris Carter though I am sure Kelvin Sheppard would also get a look.

I was going to say please change greg little to greg jones but Jernigan would be an out of the blue pick that would be interesting, I wouldnt love it but id be able to live with it.

I would however just like austin so no need to change that

Yup, thinking something similar. Romeus and Gilbert/House would be a pretty nice round.

Jimmy Smith is a good first pick for the Ravens

Leshoure, Hankerson and Wisniewski are all better picks for the Ravens in the 2nd than Cobb. We dont need a slot receiver, we need a deep threat which is not what I have seen from Cobb

Jones is an okay pick but probably a bit early

Paea over Rudolph and you have a borderline-perfect draft for Denver.

In my own opinion, as a panthers fan i believe we will not take a Qb with the first pick. The Gm still likes clausen and if given the weapons and the chance clausen could become an above average QB. On top of that DT and Dline depth is more important than either Qb or TE, but i do think TE is a definite possibility early because our new OC is a TE guy and loves athletic TE, just dont think Kendricks is a big enough threat down field.
