1. Best Team - Michigan: While their defense will be taking some hits with out Woodley, Branch, and Leon Hall, they will be stacked on offense with Chad Henne, Mike Hart, and Mario Manningham. Not to mention a superb offensive line. Defense will likely be fine.

2. Most Dissapointing Team - Notre Dame: Most dissapointing because every year they're extremely hyped up because of their huge fan base. Will likely have the same results of getting in a good Bowl game that they shouldn't be in. Brady Quinn is a huge loss of the Irish and defense still looks like it could hinder them. At least the future looks good with some good recruits.

3. Most Suprising Team - Boston College: I'm not really sure why I like BC, I just think with there defense should be good with Toal leading the charge. Matt Ryan is a good quarterback who should perform well. Plus you have to love the walk-on kicker! He's money!

4. Most Likely to Get of High Bowl Hame - Boise State: Hmm. I'm not sure they will get left out of a high bowl game after last years, but I believe if Boise State goes undefeated again this year (which could happen) they'll be screwed out of having a chance at the National Championship. Bring on the Smurf Turf!

5. Best Offense - Michigan: Again, I'm going to roll with Michigan on this. I think it'll be suprising to many people, myself include. It pains me to say it, being a Michigan State fan.

6. Best Defense - LSU: Hm. This one could be up for grabs, but I think I'll have to say LSU. Big hole with Landry gone, but I really love their front seven. Battle of the trenches!

1. Best team-USC. Is there any doubt that this is the most talented team in the nation? If they put it all together they'll be hard to beat.

2. Most dissapointing team-Michigan. I have a feeling the losses on defense will come back to haunt them in a few big games. They have an incredible offense, but you can't outscore everyone.

3. Biggest surprise team-Georgia Tech. It seems like everyone isn't expecting much from them next year, but I can definitely see them winning the ACC. Great defensive team, and Reggie Ball is gone.

4. Most likely to get left out of a high bcs game-Uh..Wisconsin. I didn't know who else to put. They look really good but I think the schedule is going to hurt them. BCS potential, but they'll be left out.

5. Best offense-USC or Michigan. I couldn't decide. They're both incredible, and may well end up 1-2 in the stat categories.

6. Best Defense-LSU. As much as I love Virginia Tech's defense, I give LSU an edge because of their front 7. Everyone on the line returns except for Chase Pittman (who was pretty much inconsequential), and the only major loss on the rest of the defense is LaRon Landry. This is a national title caliber defense.

HALF OF UofM OFFENSE WILL BE 1ST ROUNDERS????

Henne, Hart, Manningham and Long are all likely first rounders. 4 out of 11 is not far off half. Only takes 1 more linemen or a WR/TE to step up and have a big year, which given the rest of the offense is very possible, and you have 5, which is half.

In otherwords its damn close already.

Wow look at all this homerism. Henne and Hart are not first rounders, and will have to have great seasons to hit the 2nd round.

Is that a joke? Please explain, I'd love to hear this for Henne. I can see Hart going in the 2-3 range because of his size, but both of them "have to have great seasons to hit the second?" Hart has only shredded the Big 10 for 3 years now, and Henne has one of the strongest arms in next year's Draft. Sorry they're not USC, but you don't have to go to USC to be a first rounder

henne is not a first rounder. What team would take henne in the first round? there will only be 1 qb taken in the first round next year maybe 2, unless you truly believe henne is the best qb in next year's draft then im pretty sure he wont be a first rounder.
