I might take Watt over Tyron Smith but its a good pick. I'm fan of Sturdivant, solid Lion mock.

False.

R.Kerrigan... Love it...

B.Carter... I doubt the Pats take two 1st rd OLBs when they have one starter already so all they need is another starter opposite of him (J.Cunningham)
To go along with that, B.Carter isn't a 34 OLB... maybe ILB but we're stacked there
We need a DE though... and C.Heyward is the perfect 5-tech imo.

D.Watkins... I like the pick... I'd prefer S.Wisnieski over him though.

M.Leshoure... Not a big fan of grabbing a RB in the first two rounds but I think LeShoure is good value here. OT is a possibility here as well (Like Brewer, who you have listed as a center, fyi)

1-R.Kerrigan OLB
1-C.Heyward De
2-S.Wisnieski C/RG
2-M.LeShoure RB

For the Vikings, solid 1st round pick.

But in the second it's probably best to give us Rudolph, Wisniewski, or Muhammad Wilkerson in the 2nd there.

SteelerFans,
Didn't you guys take 2 good OLBers in last draft?
How did those guys pan out? I never noticed because your 2 OLBs Harrison and Woodley didn't seem to go down....

Titans draft 2 DTs?

We already have Jason Jones & Tony Brown, decent starters at DT. Plus depth in Jovan Haye and Sen'Derrick Marks. I'm cool with one DT, but I don't think we'll use our first two picks on the same position.

48. Oakland Raiders: Jabbaal Sheard DE Pitt

Don't think Oakland needs a #3 DE this early. They're pretty well set with Houston and Shaugnessy.

Unless maybe you see Sheard as a candidate for the weakside LB spot?

no chance skins go secondary with first two picks. did you miss the atogwe signing? passing on wilkerson and brooks reed both in rd 2 would be a tragedy.

7. San Francisco 49ers: Jake Locker QB UW

As soon as I read the title of your mock I knew I'd see that selection.

Everyone keeps for getting that he IS the number 2 QB!On ranks in front of Cam Newton.Everyone is all on Newton balls right now is more a project so why wait until the second round to grab our QB.I'm just saying everyone is all up on media hype right now.

Wait - because Scott has him ranked #2 on his quarterbacks, we are obligated to take him at #7?

He also has Amukamara ranked #9 overall and Locker ranked #21

And corner is just as big a need if not bigger than quarterback.

You say Blaine Gabbert will bust but then you take Jake Locker! LMAO! Have you seen that dudes accuracy? good call.

definitely no presence of any sort of winning in this Ravens draft

Agreed.

Black is a huge reach in the 2nd and Harris in the 1st doesnt really add much to our secondary considering he is basically a younger Josh Wilson

I would still take Locker of Gabbert yes sir.Locker is a much better PA QB and pass on the run.I just don't like the idea of having ANOTHER spread QB bust in our system in SF.I wouldn't take Newton or CK from Nev either.I dunno why you guys think Locker isn't 7th pick worthy. When most of the other mocks have either the Skins or Minn taking a few picks down the board. So what does that matter?

No offense, but the entire 2nd round is pretty terrible.

Black, Herzlich, and Linnenkohl, are 5th round picks at best.
Romeus and Greg Jones are 4th rounders.
Stanzi, O'Dowd and Dowling are drafted at least a round too early.
And you have Brooks Reed in there twice.

Ugh, HATE Mallett to Miami. For one thing, teams are worried about his lack of leadership qualities, not to mention his numerous issues off the field. Miami has been said to be "highly unlikely" to take Mallett as well. For a fan base that is ready to lynch everybody in the organization from the top down, trying to sell them on a drug addicted (allegedly), slow footed, lack of leadership displaying jackass as the 15th pick in the draft might be enough to incite a riot.

If you're going to give Miami a QB, then consider Ponder instead. He's a more well-rounded prospect who played a pro system in the state of Florida, doesn't have character concerns and is more NFL ready. Also, Pouncey and Ingram would be better picks at 15.

Dallas:

Right position, wrong player... Tyron Smith>>>>>Costanzo. Williams in the 2nd is a great pick

In the 1st I'd take Baldwin, Watkins, Paea, Wilkerson, JSmith or Houston.

Insanely meh KC draft. Ayers? No thanks, give us Phil Taylor there, who you don't seem to have in the first two rounds. In the second, Ballard? Meh. Give us practically anyone else.

I think the biggest worry about Locker...is his completion accuracy percentage is 53%....and that is in college. That is not an acceptable percentage for an NFL QB, or at least a top ten pick QB. Accuracy concerns are legit...because if you are inaccurate in the nfl - the defenses will pick you off alot more than they did in college. IMO - all the QBs in this draft have major bust potential.

It's the greatest 2 round mock cause the niners are taking Locker. Ninernation is suffering from a lack of blood to his brain due to the boner for Jake Locker.

Don't personally like it..but if the Rudolph is on the board in the 2nd round then I think my Bucs would have a HARD time passing him up (if they did go DE in 1)

holt_bruce81

I hope the Niners do take Locker. I wouldn't have to worry about them in the NFC West for a good five seasons.

You Have Brooks Reed going twice. to Denver and Minnesota...

Brooks Reed isn't a fit for the Vikes, they don't need a SAM they already have Greenway there. They could be interested in drafting a WILL, however that isn't a huge need. In this scenario I can't see the Vikes passing on Stephen Paea at #43.

The mock was terrible in regards to the Saints. I can't even take you serious with Romeus in the 2nd round. Hell, you didn't even spell is name right.

Wonderful first rounder for the Rams, but a poor second round pick. Lauriniatis is the man in the middle and will be for the next decade with any luck.

Sheard, Wilkerson or Martez Wilson/Bruce Carter (who do don't seem to have mocked?) would be better picks.

14. St. Louis Rams: Julio Jones WR UGa

So far so good, though I didn't know Jones transferred... ;)

47. St. Louis Rams: Greg Jones ILB Mich State

Yikes. Iffy value, and the Rams already have a great starting MLB in Laurinaitis. Muhammad Wilkerson would be tough to pass up if he's available there.
