Two WRs with questions about them, Leonard Hankerson has questions about his concentration, hands, game speed. Greg Little has questions about his character . My question is which is a bigger risk for a team like the Packers. Hankerson as a late 1st rder or Little as a 2nd or 3rd pick which is the bigger risk?

Little is more of a project and I think he's got some of that T.O./Brandon Marshall disease.

Hankerson is more steady as a player and a person IMO. Most of those U. guys come into the NFL knowing how to act and play like a professional.

Hankerson is a second-rounder and Little is a third or fourth rounder. That should help the risk some. :-)

Biggest risk is Rodgers being on the cover of Madden and hopefully getting a career ending injury

Hankerson is considered a safe pick at WR. The risk with Hankerson is passing over more talented players and drafting him in the first because you need a WR and don't think you'll get another shot at him.

After Hankerson, WR is a complete crapshoot.

Leonard Hankerson is by far a better player. I think he could be the best WR out of this draft class a few years down the road.

I'm really not seeing how some people are giving him such bad grades.

Maybe because he dropped so many passes during games and never showed the type of speed his 40 suggests.
He has had a better post season but questions linger about those 2 issues when you look at his film.
Little will likely go in round 2 but he reminds me a lot of Terrell Owens. He has the best hands bar none in the draft, he's big with 4.55 speed and has no fear about going over the middle to catch a pass.
He could easily turnout to be a monster or his personality could lead him to bust.

Too many WRs in the class are excellent at catching the football to say that Little is the best at it.
I'll only go as far to say catching the football is a strength in Little's game.
I think Hankerson played well for Miami last year and throughout his career, you make it sound as if he had 5 drops a game.

Hankerson only needed to confirm his actual speed before the draft to gauge if he had all the tools to be a #1. Hankerson had no problem getting open deep against single or bracketed coverage in the ACC.

TJ Yates vs Jarcori Harris. . .

I like them both but I'd say they carry about the same risk if your talking late first and late second. Hankerson runs good routes and gets open and has underrated yac ability imo but the concentration lapses at Mia are a big factor. Little has the size and all the raw ability but hasn't really proven himself. Lesser risk for the Packers might be Salas in the 2nd/3rd or Shorts, Pettis, Jernigan in the 3rd.

I am hoping the Packers pick Salas right now. My three favorite WR prospects for the Packers are Hankerson, Salas and Cobb. I wouldn't be suprised if the Packers pick two WRs in this draft. With JJ becoming a FA and Brett Swain not really proving himself as more than a ST stud, it could be a good possibility that they look to improve their WR group this year.

Hankerson is safer but Little has the sex factor.
