yea i got criticized in my mock for NOT taking Ingram for the Saints pick. So whats this guy talking about? Thats not shockingly bad, RB is a huge need

What?

Gabbert is a serious possibility at 7, I don't think he'd make it that far though.

Could just as easily go Prince Amukamara though

I certainly considered Taylor. Horrible, huh? If Taylor happened to be off the board, would Carimi still be a bad pick, in your opinion?

Anyway, thanks for the tip.

Do not listen to him. He's anti-RB. If you don't take a defensive player (except Justin Houston), he's not going to support the pick.

Ingram is a great pick, particularly since the Saints are highly interested in him.

defensive front 7, in this case Heyward. Even if you want to give the saints a runningback you should give them one that fits the system and Ingram is about as bad of a fit as you can have for the saints offense. Ideally you would want someone who can replace both bush or thomas when they would go down injured or if you want to go the other end of the spectrum a really violent back to pound games home in garbage time, ingram is the kind of rounded back that only has good value in a run first offense where he can get 25 touches a game, not the 5 he would get in the saints offense.

Quinn works for me! Doesn't fill the biggest need, but certainly can't argue with the value. If he fell to 15, that would be a very interesting situation.
