LOVE the saints picks

04-14-2011, 05:03 PM
The only thing that keeps that from being an A Vikings mock for me is the fact that you don't have us taking a single OL in the first 5 rounds as that is IMO tied for our 2nd biggest need with S behind QB. Locker is a very likely pick and would fill our biggest need. Sheard is a likely pick as Frazier has said he wants to rebuild the DL. Quinton Carter fills a huge need at S also, as we have quite possibly the worst S group in the NFL. Patrick is a solid value and we could use CB help. Brown is ok, I'm not a big fan of his, but if Rice is gone then WR is a huge need.

04-14-2011, 05:24 PM
Locker seems realistic at #12, and I love Johnny Patrick in the 5th.

04-14-2011, 05:26 PM
I wanna make sweet love to this 49ers mock. I'm not a big Stanzi fan, but I could understand the pick. Love all the other selections. Good job.

04-14-2011, 05:26 PM
Nice Bills Draft

04-14-2011, 05:28 PM
Don't be afraid to throw me some +rep if you like the picks! :)

04-14-2011, 05:34 PM
This niner mock is fantastic.

04-14-2011, 05:35 PM
Better than the last mock for the Ravens, but still not that good. Heyward isn't a great fit for us, we need a pass-rusher at DE/5-technique not another guy that profiles as a two-gap run stuffer/block-holder. Titus is awesome in the second, can't argue with that. Van Dyke is a reach in the third, and isn't the type of corner we need at all (no thank you to a taller Fabian Washington). Love... meh, alright pick. We do need depth at guard, but he'd never start for us (Grubbs and Yanda). Decent picks in the 5th, I'm not sure Irving is an upgrade over Ellerbe or McClain though. Depth at OLB is non-existent (not counting Kindle) so Chinasa would be good.

04-14-2011, 06:05 PM
only a couple suggestions.I'm a bigger fan of Young and Hank then I am of Cobb.and you did'nt address OLB which is a major need as well.Herzlich or KJ Wright would be preferred in the 5th

Pat Sims 90

Not a big Fan of Bengals mock

1.Gabbert is solid in the 1st

2. Clayborn is good value at that point but DE is not a big of need as people put it out to be. WR, OL, or RB would be better picks.

3.Casey is ok but this has to be a offense draft for the Bengals so WR, OL or RB are better picks.

4.Paul is not a great pick he is not a upgrade over what they already have he won't be a #1 and wont beat out Caldwell or Simpson for #2 and Shipley is already is set in the slot so at best he will be a #4 WR.

5.O'Dowd is not big enough to play in the AFC North and won't last long in Cincy that is why Lugis did not make it in Cincinnati.

04-14-2011, 06:17 PM
Please quit mocking Brooks Reed to the Packers, he is way over-hyped and if not for looking like CM3 would be a 2-3 rd pick. Thank you.

04-14-2011, 06:43 PM
That's an amazing haul for SF.

04-14-2011, 06:48 PM
I do like the eagles mock, but good god.....get Enderle out of there!

04-14-2011, 07:08 PM
Impressive, sir. Impressive.

04-14-2011, 07:42 PM
1. Mark Ingram
Oh god, that situation kindof scares me with Bowers dropping that far. I don't think Jerry will resist taking him because Kiwanuka looks like he'll be gone, and Justin Tuck has the versatility to be an UT which would defeat the need for drafting a DT.

Regarding Mark Ingram, i think he's a good all around back and i would actually be thrilled to pick him, but i just have my doubts about us picking him with a lowered value on RB's unless we are thinking about parting ways with Jacobs or Bradshaw (i hope not).

2. Martez Wilson

I actually really like this pick because of his speed, athleticism, and leadership. He has great potential, but if he can't hold up in coverage we're doomed.

3. Orlando Franklin

Like the versatility, sounds like our future RT.

4. Tyler Sash

Moffit makes more sense IMO, G/C type guy good run blocker, ok pass protector, that was exactly what O'hara was for us so why not try it again

04-14-2011, 07:43 PM
7. San Francisco 49ers - Patrick Peterson, Cornerback, Louisiana State
45. San Francisco 49ers - Justin Houston, Linebacker, Georgia
76. San Franscisco 49ers - Ricky Stanzi, Quarterback, Iowa
108. San Francisco 49ers - Sione Fua, Defensive Tackle, Stanford
114. San Francisco 49ers - Marcus Gilchrist, Safety, Clemson
140. San Francisco 49ers - Austin Pettis, Wide Receiver, Boise State

This is pretty much a ridiculously good mock for the 49ers.

04-14-2011, 08:28 PM
Don't show your face in Chicago. And what the **** is a "Ray Dominguez?"

04-14-2011, 08:39 PM
Another solid SF mock . Would be a productive five rounds . I lov e petitsss as a nee slow SF.

04-14-2011, 09:28 PM
This is an A Vikings mock.

Give us Moffit over Carter in the 4th and it's an A++++++++

04-14-2011, 11:11 PM
That's a fantastic niners mock!!! Well done sir.

04-14-2011, 11:32 PM
Love your 49er picks.

04-15-2011, 12:23 AM
Badly missed the mark with Denver's draft. This draft will be a focus on the front-seven. We don't need two safeties and an injury-prone TE. We will draft according to the strengths of this draft class.

Dareus / Wilkerson / Foster / Ballard would be much better.

04-15-2011, 03:33 AM
I had a warm fuzzy feeling inside after the first two picks but that immediately went away after the 3rd and 4th rounders. DVD and Love are both awful. But I really like getting Irving and Ugo in the 5th.

04-15-2011, 05:41 AM
The dolphins draft was pretty solid, although I am not a Mallett fan. The picks were pretty darn good, and without trades, they make good sense. Missing on Ingram, or moreso, not selecting him is softened by the fact that you have us taking Ryan Williams in the 3rd. Williams at 4 is a blast, and Schilling at 5 is pretty good as well.

Overall, nice effort mate,.

04-15-2011, 08:48 AM
Julio is fine although a trade down would be better and more likely. not crazy about leshoure in the 2nd. he isnt a great fit for shanahans cut and go offense. doesnt have the explosiveness hitting the hole and is not a quick cutter. kj wrights fine in the 5th but portis i hope is a joke that early. dl, ol, or pass rush would be much more likely.

04-15-2011, 10:12 AM
Unbelievably great draft by the Saints!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kerrigan would be a great pick for us!!!

04-15-2011, 12:59 PM
3. Buffalo Bills - Von Miller, Linebacker, Texas A&M[/FONT]
[34. Buffalo Bills - Derek Sherrod, Offensive Tackle, Mississippi State
68. Buffalo Bills - Dontay Moch, Linebacker, Nevada
84. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Kelvin Sheppard, Linebacker, Louisiana State
100. Buffalo Bills - Tyrod Taylor, Quarterback, Virginia Tech
[115. Houston Texans - Lawrence Guy, Defensive End, Arizona State
121. Buffalo Bills - Chimdi Chekwa, Cornerback, Ohio State
132. Buffalo Bills - Virgil Green, Tight End, Nevada

Miller and Moch are over kill at OLB IMO in the first three rounds. Sheppard in the third makes more sense as I see it. I love landing Sherrod in the 2nd personally. Tyrod Taylor in the 4th is interesting, and possible, although I think Guy makes more sense. Chekwa and Green are good pick ups in the 4th and 5th rounds. I think with Sheppard and Guy in the 3rd and 4th rounds you would have a excellent Bills mock, and the Bills would have a successful draft in general.

04-15-2011, 04:07 PM
Brown over Burton and this mock will be pretty good.

04-15-2011, 08:37 PM
Give the Rams Moffitt in the 4th and it's perfect!

04-15-2011, 08:48 PM
Bears won't pass up Carimi. And Rodney Hudson does not fit what Tice likes in his linemen.

Carimi, Curtis Brown, then Terrell McClain would be a sweet draft based on who's on the board. 4th and 5th rounders are OK, two players I haven't given much thought to.
