It will be a much better Bucs team than the one we saw two years ago in London when they lost 35-7 to the Patriots. Josh Freeman saw his first regular season action that day in garbage time.

Tampa Bay had the 2nd lowest average attendance in the NFL last season (49,314) so its not a huge surprise really that they've been asked back and accepted the invitation. What does surprise me is thats in an all-NFC game. All the previous London games have been AFC v NFC.

Worth noting that if the lockout isn't resolved by August 1st the game will be played at Raymond James instead. I'd say right now there is more chance the Bucs v Bears will be in Tampa than in London.

We get to replace an away game with a neutral game. Works for me.

Not good for the Bucs. They got slapped by the Patriots in the UK a few years ago.

I don't understand why the Bears get the HOF game, possibly the season opener against the packers and the game at Wembley. They should put more smaller market teams in these games.

Didn't want to start another thread. Lions may be on MNF against the Bears.

I don't know what your Europe history has to do with anything, but losing a home game really isn't a good thing.

Thats true but its a great thing for the Bucs nationally. People need to see how much better Josh Freeman is than every other young qb.

Throwing against Peanut Tillman and Tim Jennings isn't the greatest measuring stick....

Already registered my interest in a ticket for the game early.

Going to be a once in a lifetime experience.
