***Note - this is my submission for the Mock draft contest, so I have no projected trades... Also, I dont think all these picks will be picked by these teams, I am just projecting the slot I think the player will go, more than the team and picks match up. I thought it was the best way to go for the comp rules.

kyle rudolph; still a terrible pick for denver. though i no longer know why i'm wasting my time saying it.

I thought Denver fans would like the combination of Miller/Wilkerson/Rudolph

In terms of value, I think it is a solid draft.

id prefer wilson over sturdivant but either are very good picks to combine with bowers who is a great pick

I'm hoping that you see the Vikings trading one of those picks, because Fairley and Bailey is absolute **** given our needs elsewhere, especially when with the labor situation, the CBA is likely to be under 2010 rules, meaning that Edwards is a RFA and has been tendered, so unless he is given an offer sheet will be back.

With Locker gone, I do see the Vikings trading out of 12... But if they stay there, I think Fairley is too hard to pass on. I see a team like Tampa, Atlanta, or Denver tryin to get up there for Fairley.

That pick was ok, it was the Bailey pick more of that I don't see happening, but coupling the two makes it way less likely.

I strongly considered OL at the second pick, but in the end, it was Ray Edwards situation that made the decision... But now that you mention it, I think I should have gone OL there. Locker or Tyron Smith were going to be my pick in Rd 1 until I had Fairley drop.

2 DEs and and OLB would be nice, but all 3 guys fail to hit the mark for BB's size requirements.

Even if you assume Liuget can play DE, he's not big enough. Marvin Austin falls in the same category, in that he's too small for BB to ever draft as a 5tech. Reed is too short at 6.2+ unless you buy the reports that BB "learned to be more flexible." (You shouldn't believe that, as it's a twisted media version of a different conversation, as far as any of us Pats fans could tell.)

I like kaepernick for the skins in the second round....but would prefer we take Quinn over Watt in the first. Pairing Quinn opposite of Orakpo would give the skins a pair of fierce pass rushing OLB

Phil Taylor makes absolutely no sense for the Ravens. Why do we need another NT when we drafted Terrence Cody last year? He should take over the starting spot once Gregg leaves/retires after this season. Depth isn't an issue for the position either, we've got plenty of youth and guys that the team likes.

Smith is meh in the second, I know why you gave him to the Ravens but I'm not too high on him.

I do see Liuget as a 5-Tech with scheme diversity as an inside rusher on passing downs.... I see BB trading out of 28 and a team trading up to grab Austin.

Ok, that makes more sense. Austin would never happen at less than 6.2 when BB wants his DE in the 6.4 range.
