We were trying to get the 2nd year of the bowl ban taken off, and get 5 more schollies a year. Didnt work out.

Wouldn't be surprised if big time football schools left the NCAA (football only).

I will never understand how tO$u was allowed to play 5 players that should have been ineligible other than $$$.

same with Scam Newton. He's ruled ineligible on Dec 1st then he's magically reinstated before the SEC title game

That ruling was a joke. Too bad someone didn't have recordings of the phone calls that went on between the Sugar Bowl and the NCAA over that decision. You can pretty much guarantee that those discussions didn't happen over e-mail.
