Are you kidding? You take a bunch of highlight clips, string them together, and then throw a soundtrack onto it. You can do it in Windows Movie Maker if you don't want to get a better editing program.

To put it on youtube you then create an account, and hit upload video on your profile page.

It's the easiest to get them off the internet.

Just Google search a players name. Most people that make good highlight films grab them off television and then import them to their computers.

Youtube should have most stuff.Not really, you're lucky to find a good sports video on youtube because of the copyright infringement.
