Does the new CBA still have the same rules for comp. picks as the old one did?
If so, is it assumed that the Bengals will get an extra 3rd for losing Joseph?
Or will other signings (Clements, Howard, Lawson, etc.) be enough to offset that loss?
An extra 3rd, plus extra picks from the Ocho trade, plus possibly some picks if they trade Carson would be an awesome way to fill a bunch of holes.
