Joe Theismann will not be back with ESPN for MNF next year. His replacement could be Ron Jaowrski, Bill Parcells, or even Emmitt Smith

I would love any of those 3 over Theisman. He is a terrible analyst who cannot go 2 sentences without contradicting himself. I love Jaworski's work. Parcells would be awesome as well as a HOF coach. Emmitt Smith is a dark horse, but he has done good work with NFL Network. He could fit nicely.
