1. MIA (0-16) - Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford (they'll likely be underdogs the rest of the year
2. IND (1-15) - Matt Kalil, OT, USC (Peyton need not worry, Indy is bad, but Miami is worse)
3. DEN (3-13) - Landry Jones, QB, Oklahoma (If they are picking here, it means Tebow isn't the future)
4. CLE (4-12) - Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State (WR corps is less than stellar)
5. ARI (4-12) - Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford
6. CAR (5-11) - Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU (A notch below Patrick Peterson, and Carolina could definitely use the secondary help)
7. MIN (5-11) - Alshon Jeffery, WR, South Carolina (Ponder needs weapons, could fill in nicely for Sidney Rice, another successful Gamecock)
8. TEN (6-10) - Quinton Coples, DE, North Carolina (Excellent value and fills a position of need)
9. SEA (6-10) - Matt Barkley, QB, USC (Pete Carroll/Barkley reunite?)
10. JAC (6-10) - Vontaze Burfict, LB, Arizona State
11. STL (6-10) - Manti Te'o, LB, Notre Dame
12. WAS (7-9) - Robert Griffin III, QB, Baylor (First round talent, WAS trying to mimic Vick's success)
13. KC (8-8) - Brandon Thompson, DT, Clemson
14. PHI (8-8) - Luke Kuechly, LB, Boston College (Bloodlines might not be enough for Casey Matthews)
15. DAL (8-8) - Dre Kirkpatrick, CB, Alabama (Secondary always seems to be lacking in Big D)
16. SD (8-8) - Alameda Ta'amu, DT, Washington
17. CIN (9-7) - Alfonzo Denard, CB, Nebraska (Replacement for Jonathan Joseph)
18. CHI (9-7) - Riley Reiff, OT, Iowa (O-Line struggles to keep Cutler upright sometimes)
19. TB (9-7) - Mark Barron, S, Alabama
20. BAL (10-6) - Chase Minnifield, CB, Virginia
21. CIN* (9-7) - Trent Richardson, RB, Alabama (Tremendous value, and with the secondary addressed, can afford a luxury pick)

23. SF (11-5) - Melvin Ingram, DE, South Carolina
24. DET (11-5) - Nate Potter, OT, Boise State
