View Full Version : Is there anyway the Colts pull a huge upset this week?

I know the Jaguars have an elite defense, and will probably rape the colts soul. But tell me how the colts can win this game, they need to win this game. No one wants them having the #1 pick, and no matter what, the Jaguars are never horrible and can't ever get a top 6 pick ever. The Jaguars are going to beat the colts twice, beat the browns next week, and then end up in no mans land come draft day. There goes Blackmon, to the rams.

Ha ha. People here will flame you for starting a new thread for this.

To answer your question, I think this is the Colts best shot to get a win this year. But that only means they have maybe a 5-10% of winning with some shocking special teams or defensive plays that go for multiple TDs, instead of 0% chance vs. the Pats or Ravens or Texans later this year.

Is it even a huge upset? The Jaguars suck.

We suck so i wouldn't be surprised if we lost to the Colts twice this season.

Do they really have an ELITE D?..

If the colts beat anyone it will be a huge upset. Jags D is good, but vastly overrated, far from elite. Its gonna be a close game but I favor the jags slightly. If the Colts can hit a couple long pass plays they will have a good shot. I just dont see this Colts team going 0-16

This.

I am really hoping the Colts win this game. I don't want Luck ending up in Indy. The play the Jags twice and the Panthers - these games are the only ones I would argue they have a shot of winning unless Houston clinches and doesn't play their starters in week 16.

I picked Indy to beat Jax. I don't think it'd be that big an upset really.

I don't think the Colts win a game this uear. The last couple of weeks it has looked like they aren't even trying. This will be the closest game all year. I'm thinking it will be a terrible game to watch which ends up in a Jags win 12-6.

I think the better question is does anyone even care who wins?

I do...kinda. Just want the Colts to win 1 or 2 so they don't get Luck.

I'm not going to watch a second of this crap. I've had my fill of these terrible matchups this season. There is just so many bad teams, and too many run ins between said teams. And it has made for some of the worst pro football I've seen in years.

But yeah, it wouldnt be much of an upset. Gabbert is absolutely useless at this point, and they have no offensive weapons outside of MJD. That offense is one of the worst the league has seen in some time. The NFL's worst offense vs the NFL's worst defense. Yeah, this is gonna be fun. :/

So you'll feel a little better that another team got beat by a winless team? lol

I don't even care that the Dolphins beat US, haha. They've won 8 of the last 10 and I was expecting a loss. Maybe not that bad, but..

At least we didn't lose to the Denver Tebows! :D

(This will backfire on me if we lose this weekend!)

I still mad at KC for getting their asses smacked by Mia after the ass whooping they gave us...made me feel lifeless =(

Don't even bring that back...I went into a coma for a few hours after watching that. Being a Raider fan has never been so hard before. Damn Tim Tebow

I actually just bought tickets to the Indianapolis-Jacksonville game in Jacksonville on New Years. I'll be hungover, in cold weather, watching terrible football. I can't wait!

I honestly think several of the Colts' players have given up. Both Freeney and Mathis have been useless in the last few games, I don't think that would be the case if this team would be competetive.

Perhaps the motivation of avoiding history could carry them to a win.

The Colts have the NFL's worst offense and defense. I am convinced.

How did Painter keep his back-up job for so long? I wish I knew Bill Polian maybe he would give me a shot at being Peyton's back-up.

McAfee has definitely put himself amongst the elite punters this year. And he's probably a top 3 special teams tackler too. Also, he is hilarious. A rare bright spot for the Colts this year.

Please let it happen. The Patriots need Andrew Luck and we are already 5-3. We need to catch up with the Colts :(

Tom Brady is ruined without his ambiguously *** haircut

I think this was a not so clever troll attempt to pump up the Jags.

The Colts should give Dan Orlovasky a chance. He's not good, but he's clearly better than Painter.

This Colts team, as constructed, cannot win any game left on its schedule unless the opposing team steps aside. Kind of like that kid in the wheelchair that scored a TD while the other team just stood there.

Do they really have an ELITE D?..

yea, after they end the season top 3 in both yards allowed and points allowed. yeah, top 3 in both categories is elite.
