This is my latest attempt at a big board. It's difficult to make a board this early in the draft process because keeping track of all of the draft-eligible players can be a chore. Numerous players were added in this time around, as I have focused in on some players I previously hadn't seen much of. Next time around I'll try to be even more comprehensive. Let me know what you think!

November 10th Big Board

1. QB Andrew Luck, Stanford* - no question!

2. RB Trent Richardson, Alabama* - No way a RB goes this high!

3. OT Matt Kalil, Southern California* - possibly, but he had better show up at the combine weighing more than 295. No doubt he will.

4. CB Morris Claiborne, Louisiana St.* -top 5

5. QB Matt Barkley, Southern California* - top 5, likely to go #2

6. OT Jonathan Martin, Stanford* - Is it Luck or his OL, your giving a lot of credit to the OL, I'm not so sure.

7. OG David DeCastro, Stanford* - see above, especially for an OG

8. WR Michael Floyd, Notre Dame - Character is the only thing stopping him from top 5, so he could go even lower.

9. WR Justin Blackmon, Oklahoma St.* - about right unless he turns in an elite 40 time at the combine.

10. RB Lamar Miller, Miami (FL)** - again, RB's tend to slip nowadays

----------

11. LB Zach Brown, North Carolina - Seems a bit high to me

12. LB Manti Te'o, Notre Dame* - I see him about here as well.

13. C Peter Konz, Wisconsin* - round 2 at best

14. DT Brandon Thompson, Clemson - seems about right

15. OT Riley Reiff, Iowa* - too high for my liking.

16. DE Quinton Coples, North Carolina - should go higher

17. DT Alameda Ta'amu, Washington - about right

18. LB Vontaze Burfict, Arizona St.* - just might surprise and go a lot higher

19. CB Dre Kirkpatrick, Alabama* - will go higher

20. FS Mark Barron, Alabama - ditto

----------

21. CB Xavier Rhodes, Florida St.** - interesting, have to check him out some more

22. WR Alshon Jeffery, South Carolina* - not a fan, smart to drop him this far but he could still go lower

23. DT Devon Still, Penn St.* - OK

24. LB Courtney Upshaw, Alabama - I'm a huge fan, tremendous pass rusher who has that natural bend to rush the passer. I'm seeing him going a lot higher after he dominates at the combine. Can be a 4-3 pass rushing DE or a 3-4 pass rushing OLBer.

25. DE Whitney Mercilus, Illinois* - still checking him out but he's looking like round 1.

26. OT D.J. Fluker, Alabama** - RT who did nothing against LSU. I think round 2 is more likely

27. LB Luke Kuechly, Boston College* - Team stinks so he'll need the post season to show he has what it takes.

28. CB Janoris Jenkins, North Alabama - character issues but talent warrents a higher placing.

29. QB Landry Jones, Oklahoma* - Position suggests a much higher draft position, maybe even top 10.

30. LB Chase Thomas, Stanford* - I'll watch him more to see if he warrents this high.

----------

31. DT Jerel Worthy, Michigan St.* - Will go higher IMO.

32. WR Nick Toon, Wisconsin - Borderline but the combine will make or break him.

33. DE Nick Perry, Southern California*

34. TE Dwayne Allen, Clemson*

35. FS T.J. McDonald, Southern California* - another player, I kind of like.

36. RB David Wilson, Virgnia Tech*

37. WR Mohamed Sanu, Rutgers*

38. DT Billy Winn, Boise St. - kind of looking like a round 1 talent.

39. WR Jeff Fuller, Texas A&M

40. DE Ronnell Lewis, Oklahoma*

----------

41. OT Mike Adams, Ohio St. - Still think he has a real shot at round 1

42. DE Vinny Curry, Marshall

43. OG Cordy Glenn, Georgia

44. QB Ryan Tannehill, Texas A&M

45. OT Andrew Datko, Florida St.

46. DE Jared Crick, Nebraska - Could still go late round 1 by a team gambling on his injury recovery.

47. QB Robert Griffin, Baylor* I'm beginning to think round 1.

48. TE Orson Charles, Georgia*

49. DE Melvin Ingram, South Carolina

50. DT Dontari Poe, Memphis*

Good job, well done. I still like Alfonso Dennard CB, Stephon Gilmore CB, Billy Winn DT, Devin Taylor as possible round 1 talents.

Good work on putting together a list...mine differs quite a bit but one name I really like on there is Chase Thomas

Peter Konz gets plenty of hype on draft talk, deservedly so, and one guy to watch for is right guard Kevin Zeitler, that kid is something special too.

Oh my stars!!!! This is a big leap for you....What factors did you take into account for Miller to go in the top 10?

Well, previously I hadn't included any sophomores and this time around I threw Miller, Fluker, and Xavier Rhodes on the list.

I'll be looking into adding a number of new players to the big board for an update later this week.
