A couple of big draft pick games this week. Carolina at Indy. Wash at Seattle. Arizona at St. Louis. The team to keep an eye on is Washington. Their SOS is pretty low and I don't see more than one win on their sked. They could end up picking 2nd. Matt Barkley would fit like a glove there IMO. Unless Shanny likes RG3. Minny at Wash next to last week will go a long way towards determining the selection order. KC is gonna lose their next 4(Pitt, at Chi, at NYJ, GB) before finishing with Oak and at Denver. This team is really beat up. Has no qb. The players hate the coach. And could really collapse. Putting them in the 3-5 range which would be right in the wheelhouse for Barkley or RG3.

For KC it's actually the complete opposite. The players love Haley, but the injury thing is true and we are going to lose our next five (we have no shot at beating the Raiders with McFadden back) and we will be picking in the top 5.

It's crazy to think that the Miami Dolphins were once in the position to draft #1 overall and with 3 wins they are now slated to draft #8.

Craziness.

What are the chances Minny takes a QB?? Barkley/RGIII IMO are clearly better prospects than Christian Ponder and it's not like they're tied to Ponder for tens of millions.

I'd say less than 1%. Ponder has shown more than enough(Yes, it's just my opinion) that he's got what it takes to be a franchise QB. They just gotta get some guys to protect him, and somebody other than Harvin who can beat man coverage/catch the ball to help him out. He's constantly running for his life, and when he finally does get time - half the time, either no one can get open or they drop it. On top of that, the Vikings desperately need pretty much a whole new secondary, and then have pretty big needs at DT and LB.
