I love MOD (Move On Demand) Channel 208 on Cogeco Digital Cable. All the free movies I want a few months after they come out on video. It saves me a lot of cash for movies that I kind of want to see, but don't want to pay money for.

A little bit of everything else too but CBS is the only network that has shows that I plan on seeing.

XM: MLB Home Plate, Fox Sports Radio, ESPN Radio, (top) 20 (on) 20
other than ESPN of course because that is #1

Pretty much anything on the HD channels (you can watch paint dry and it will still be entertaining), and Fuse, they play music that no other channel plays.

During the college football season the College Gameplan package channels. But besides that HBO.

ESPN then Comedy Central.
The only time I ever turn on my TV is for an important sports event, to watch ESPN, or College Gameplan.
