Nice set of rankings, but I disagree with having a safety that high.

There isn't a single safety in this draft class worthy of going in the first round.

This is a very bad year for teams that need one.

Mad respect for you after seeing Zeitler ranked that high. He's going to fly up boards.

Damn, you have Kuechly high on your rankings.

Who do you think is the best pass rushing 4-3 DE?

You have Dwight Jones higher than most.

Landry Jones fell out of your rankings?

Glad to see Zietler getting the love he deserves. It wouldn't surprise me if he was the Eric Wood/Danny Watkins in this draft as in the interior O-Lineman who could sneak into the end of the first. He's not quite the athlete but I feel he's a stronger run blocker than DeCastro.

I'd still give that title to Coples

Landry Jones fell out of your rankings?

to fall out he'd have to be in them first...he's never been in my top rankings

I see Coples as Seymor type. I think he could be the best DE in the draft but not the best pass rusher. Can you give you top 3 4-3 DE's? the titans need a pass rusher badly.

Coples might not be a pass rush specialist but he's as complete a defensive end as we have in this class and one of his strengths is getting into the backfield/to the QB...

I'd probably go...

1. Quinton Coples
2. Cam Johnson
3. Frank Alexander

I see Vinny Curry as a guy that should probably stand up as a backer in a 3-4 otherwise he'd my #3 DE

Winston Guy is a puzzling prospect to me, even though I have him rated as high as I do. He's been one hell of a player the last two years in the Kentucky secondary and has been extremely productive. He's more of an in-the-box type player, and he allows versatility because he has played everywhere in the secondary. I feel he's a player that is hurt by the school he plays at.

1. Andrew Luck : STANFORD
2. Trent Richardson : ALABAMA - No one is taking a RB this high in the draft
3. Matt Kalil : USC
4. Morris Claiborne : LOUISIANA STATE
5. Luke Kuechly : BOSTON COLLEGE - can only play in a 3-4 as an ILB, completely lacks the athletic ability needed to play in a 4-3
6. David DeCastro : STANFORD - good prospect but OG's will always drop substantially on draft day
7. Robert Griffin : BAYLOR - is going to get drafted earlier
8. Justin Blackmon : OKLAHOMA STATE
9. Zach Brown : NORTH CAROLINA
10. Matt Barkley : USC - ditto for Barkley, he'll be going top 5/6 even if hhe falls behind RG111.
11. Dwight Jones : NORTH CAROLINA
12. Jonathan Martin : STANFORD - I feel he is dropping
13. Quinton Coples : NORTH CAROLINA
14. Riley Reiff : IOWA
15. Manti Te’o : NOTRE DAME
16. Dre Kirkpatrick : ALABAMA
17. Cam Johnson : VIRGINIA
18. Vinny Curry : MARSHALL
19. Courtney Upshaw : ALABAMA - techniqually, the best pass rusher in the draft and solid against the run, won't get out of the top 12, 3-4 OLB or as a 4-3DE
20. Michael Floyd : NOTRE DAME
21. Dont’a Hightower : ALABAMA
22. Casey Hayward : VANDERBILT
23. Kevin Zeitler : WISCONSIN
24. Vontaze Burfict : ARIZONA STATE
25. Mike Adams : OHIO STATE - is going to go a lot higher, probably in the top 15
26. Winston Guy Jr. : KENTUCKY
27. Frank Alexander : OKLAHOMA
28. Billy Wynn : BOISE STATE

I really hope you're kidding with your comment about Kuechly.

And this isnt a mock draft...this is a big board, hes ranking who he thinks the best football players are...not where they will be drafted. Obviously Trent Richardson isnt gonna go 2nd overall but he may very well be the 2nd best player in the draft.

Exactly...I rank the players on how good I feel each one of them is, not how I feel NFL teams will draft them, what fun would that be?

[QUOTE=SickwithIt1010;2778954]I really hope you're kidding with your comment about Kuechly.

Not kidding about Kuechly at all, he's too slow afoot to play MLB in a 4-3 defense. The 3-4 system where an ILB only covers half the field is his likely destination. He is going to be drafted far lower than this and may not even see round 1.

You're high man, Kuechly's best fit is in the 4-3.
