Considering most of you guys are out of high school, what did you get on everybodies favorite standardized test?

I still need to take mine, but I got a Commendation on the PSAT and 600's in each section of a practice test (including a 12/12 on the essay), so I'm not too worried about it.

When I took the SAT I laughed out loud because there was a question about something involving studying the skulls of cave men. Then it talked about someone walking around and taking random peoples skulls. Funny stuff.

I, too, took in in 6th or 7th grade. Got in the 98% or 99% percentile for the english on some standardized test. John Hopkins or whatever, right? Did that well in english, now I am an engineer.

Lot of JHU kids here. Me too. My dad made me study for it because if I got a 700 on the math I would get some kind of scholarship or something. So, being the young little vulnerable kid I was, I studied. I got 690 math.

1300 as a freshman with a near perfect in math, but its a low score because I am at a hard-core private school.

I just kinda went in and took it. I had no idea that I was taking it with HSers. I walked in and just thought "oh crap". A couple of my old babysitters were taking the test too, ha.

I went to that camp (CTY) also, and had almost the same experience, right down to the bad roommate. I now regret that I never went to any real camps in the summer.

I dont know my parents enrolled me when i was in kindergarten and i have been at the same school for 11 years now.

Well, I go to private school and actually don't mind it at all. It's pretty chill, living without my 'rents. Only thing I miss is maple syrup.

The school I used to go to had about 50 people in it. One year, only TWO people graduated.

We have about 350 here. My class is about 100 kids. It's actually pretty chill. Everyone knows everyone. Only problem is that there's not a lot of variety in the chicks.

BTW, are there any chicks on this board?

The one I go to now has probably 2000 people, and grows by about 100-250 people a year.

Yeah in 8th grade I was supposed to do that too, got a letter from them and stuff, but my mom didn't fill out the paperwork or anything so I didn't get to take it. I ended up doing pretty ok on my SATs though, 1310 total (660 verbal 650 math) and this is after not having taken any math for over a year thanks to my stupid counselor who wouldn't let me take Pre-Cal my junior year, or Physics... (idiot...) If I took it agian, I think I'd probably get closer to 1400. Both my brothers have gotten 1400s...

I never had to take the SATs, only the ACT. On a side note, I live right by where the company that makes the ACT is at.

1350 (800 math 550 english)... but I have to take them again because it goes up to 2400 and adds an essay on march 12th this year... the great thing is they will keep my matrh score...

25 is not a bad score, its what I got my first time, and got me into Iowa, so I didn't bother taking it again since I was already accepted into my school of choice.

It kind of sucks though because all my friends test very well and got massive scholarships to big time schools. One of my friends got almost a full ride to SMU.

My sister got a 32 or something, and did got like a $1,00o scholarship, I got a $500 dollar one.
