Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech

There seems to be more and more buzz building for Stephen Hill from Georgia Tech.

He appears to have the size, speed, hands combination that you look for in a #1 WR.

Can someone give me a scouting report on this guy?

Mayock has him ranked as a 4th round pick, but says what he runs at the combine will have him moving on the draft board.
