Benefits to skype

there is a 10 second delay to the broadcast if you call in using skype (by clicking the skype button next to the number)
Also blogtalk cuts off the stream after 2 hours so there is a possibility that some of the later picks may not be live audio. If you click to skype you will not have to switch streams. (I will provide a second 30 minute "overtime stream if it does go over the 2 hours.)

Just wanted to say thanks for putting this on broth, Shane and Brian. Had a lot of fun in this. It's the only forum mock that I do as I try to let the other Cowboys fans enjoy the experience on our forum mocks. But this one is MIIIIINE! haha. James, don't EVER change man. Don't ever change. The way you announce picks is priceless. :)

Cowboys ended up with:

R1: Michael Brockers, DT
R3: Brandon Boykin, CB
R3: Brandon Washington, G/C/T
R4: Robert Turbin, RB
R4: Derek Wolfe, DE
R4: Janzen Jackson, FS

I'm disappointed that i spaced on the first three rounds. But here's my actual class, and then how i would've done it given the same situation with the first 3 rounds had i been there.

Actual:
1st: Cordy Glenn
2nd: Brian Quick
3rd: Orson Charles
4th: LaMichael James
5th: Tim Fugger

How i would've wanted to do it:
1st: Nick Perry
2nd: Brandon Washington (i know he would've been there for my 3rd rounder, but at the time, i wouldn't have risked it i dont think)
3rd: Josh Chapman
4th: LaMichael James
5th: Aaron Henry/Christian Thompson

All in all I was quite happy with the way it went for the Packers.

A few quick notes.

My two targets in R1 were Shea McCllelin and Lavonte David, ideally via a trade back into the start of R2. However, with Perry still on the board I thought it was a bit of a no-brainer.

I was targeting a HB at the back end of R3/R4 but didnt really have any ammunition to trade back into R3 and both my targets, that would be good value in R4, Polk and Turbin had gone by my pick.

S is obviously another position of need for the Pack but there simply isn't a great S class and I didnt see the value in the early rounds. With Bethel at the end of R4, although he may never been a great starting S, he is a good footballer who will at least make a contribution on Special Teams.

R1. No. 28 Nick Perry OLB/DE USC
R2. No. 59 Mike Martin DT Michigan
R3. No. 86 Casey Haywood CB Vanderbilt
R4. No. 119 Mike Brewster C Ohio St.
R4. No. 132 Russell Wilson QB Wisconsin
R4. No. 133 Justin Bethel S Presbyterian
R5. No. 165 Terrence Ganaway HB Baylor

Ya, I wasn't quite as in tune Day 1, if I had known you were GM, I likely would have told broth to take Perry for ya.

Baltimore Ravens

1) Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin
2) Markelle Martin, S, Oklahoma State
3) Joe Adams, WR, Arkansas
4) Audie Cole, LB, North Carolina State
5) Dwight Jones, WR, North Carolina
5) Asa Jackson, CB, Cal Poly

Overall, one of the better drafts I've done this offseason. Really pleased with this, I'd be ecstatic if the Ravens draft actually turned out like this.

I like that you've given Sanchez another receiving weapon in Floyd. Still not impressed with the RB situation there. IMO, he would really benefit from a pass catching RB like Stafford has in Jahvid Best, Flacco has in Ray Rice, etc. ...and no, I don't think Joe McKnight is the answer for that. McClellin has fans, but he's got a challenge in the NFL, imo... so I'm not as high on him as others. The Carder pick was bad. I think the earliest he'd go off the board is in the 5th round. Probably 6th. But Datko has some potential to develop into a starter down the line, so that was a nice pick there considering your needs. Wayne Hunter is a joke and Vlad Duccasse is still a question mark.

I can't say that I love the move up to get Blackmon at the cost of losing Forte. Bears brought in Brandon Marshall, so I think the move to add Blackmon had a little too much indulgence in it and could turn out to be a mistake. Ronnie Hillman is a significant downgrade from Forte, and Blackmon isn't enough to make up for it. I do really like the potential of Jones and Irvin though. I think Irvin as a 4-3 OLB is his best fit in the NFL.

I agree I think that James is really a great pick in the 3rd they could have really opened up the option package with the wild cat and Tebow with James in the mix.

Good value for Konz, but he's not an elite Center prospect imo, so I would temper expectations. Not a fan of Martin at all, but I like Joe Adams who works hard for every yard. Cole is a big downhill LB which fits what Baltimore does. Nice pick there. Jones has questionable hands and I don't think he'll amount to much in the NFL, but I could be wrong. Like the Asa Jackson pick as well. Nice job overall.

Looks like a typical Redskins draft (which is a good thing, imo). Nice way to take advantage of the limited picks they had. RG3 in the NFC East makes the division incredibly tough. It's really anybody's game because I think RG3 is legit and that the Redskins already have a strong supporting cast for him. The defense is stout....they brought in WRs in FA... Gray is a nice addition to the RB group (although a stud needs to emerge) and Brown to that OL is a great thought. Plus, Antonio Allen was a great value pick and one of my favorite playmakers in this year's draft. Great draft here. A+

They also drafted Alfonzo Dennard. This really was a nice draft for the Colts. The new generation can begin with a bang as the chemistry already exists between Luck and Fleener. The Chapman and Harris additions add major beef up the middle of thier defense.

Nick Perry has a way of disappearing between games, but does show up big in big games. If he can be consistent, then the Packers have found a gem. Not a fan of Martin to be honest, but I do really like Haywood and Bethel was a target of mine 2 picks later than you grabbed im. So kudos there. Brewster seems like he could fit very well. Wilson ... meh. Ganaway... why? You got Alex Green. Be patient with him.

Just wanted to say thanks for putting this on broth, Shane and Brian. Had a lot of fun in this. It's the only forum mock that I do as I try to let the other Cowboys fans enjoy the experience on our forum mocks. But this one is MIIIIINE! haha. James, don't EVER change man. Don't ever change. The way you announce picks is priceless. :)

Cowboys ended up with:

R1: Michael Brockers, DT
R3: Brandon Boykin, CB
R3: Brandon Washington, G/C/T
R4: Robert Turbin, RB
R4: Derek Wolfe, DE
R4: Janzen Jackson, FS

Turned off once I heard the guy say Drayton Florance played at a pro bowl level last year and that we should have drafted a RB at 4. McGee is old and hurt all the time, Flo is over 30 and wasn't very good last yr, avg at best, McLovin is a bust.

Hi Everyone,
It's great to see the forums back online! Since the establishment of the Forum since I have been its members really
looking forward to sharing and learning some more about my favorite things.
During this time period, I experienced some very interesting things, such as there're many WOW players ask me how to buy the

Cheap Wow Gold (http://www.mmolive.com/). Frankly speaking, I've known many players who Buy

RS Gold (http://www.mmohome.com/) through some wrong ways which has not been realized by them. Also this time I'd like to share some experience and

the safe steps to buy Diablo 3 Gold (http://www.mmolive.com/gold/Diablo3-EU/) with you.
