love that KC draft

Ingram and Osemele is my ideal first 2 rounds for the Jets.

I'd be fairly happy

Ridiculously good Bears draft. Can't see it happening, though.

The Bengals won't pass on Kuechly.

Not feeling the Bills Draft

That Patriots' mock is just about ideal.

very sexy 49er draft

Love Konz in the first round for Green Bay. With McClellin off the board I think (hope) that'd be their move. Ronnell Lewis in the second isn't a bad pick, though I would lean towards them taking Crick or Wolfe.

love that KC draft

I thought it worked out well, I really wanted to go DeCastro in the first, but I think Poe can be coached up and gives them a key piece to there defensive front, and the value at guard is greater in the second round than that of DT.
I think a draft like this really goes along way to the Chiefs long term success, and even has a nice impact with the existing roster and FA additions this year.

no complaints here...pretty perfect

Ingram and Osemele is my ideal first 2 rounds for the Jets.

I thought it worked out well for them, Ingram might not be the ideal edge rusher IMO, but I think its a great pairing, and they will move him around and get the production they are looking for. Osemele is a guy I like more than most, but they can plug him in a RT and get produciton, particularly in the run game.
Interesting hearing today that they might trade up for Richardson, I think having two picks in the top two rounds is a better way for them to go myself, but Richardson would be a power type move, that would leave holes on the roster that would be hard to fill through the draft and the remaining FA's.

I'd be fairly happy

:beers: What would make you REALLY happy? or happier?

Nothing at all wrong with this mock. Ta'amu will be a stud. And of course ANDREWZZZZ LUCKZZZZZ

Ridiculously good Bears draft. Can't see it happening, though.

Looking back at it Kuechly falling that far was the biggest stretch I saw, but originally I had Kuechly going 17 to Cincy and Floyd 19 to Chicago, but thought that Cincy should build around Dalton first and foremost IMO. I would agree that both probably dont fall that far, but stranger things have happened... I do think that is probably the floor with both of them, and my ceiling for Kuechly is 5th to TB, and Floyd's is 6th. In this mock, I had Kuechly (Do his coverage skills compensate? Maybe...) fall, because I think him not being a pass rusher will ultimately cause him to fall, despite myself having a top 10 grade on him, and Floyd's injury and off filed concerns will cause him to drop a little, but I have a top 20 grade on him still.
As for Jeffery, the weight concerns have not ceased for me, even though I lost my risk/reward assessments, I still had a higher risk assessment with him, coupled with seperation concerns, I think he is a early to middle 2nd rounder, who is a primarily a red zone threat, and possession reciever. Now pair him with Marshall on the perimeter, with Knox, Bennett and Co. out of the slot, and the receiver core in Chicago is a strength. I have had him going as high as 40 to Carolina, and think 40-51 is the range for him with Buffalo, NYJ, Carolina, Philly and even S.D. taking a look at him.
Appreciate the feedback :)

come on....really...

Yeah, really. 3rd down back, Darren Sproles type, who has a little Dave Meggett in him. The guy works hard, understands the game, and adds a unique weapon to the offense. With teams having to concentrate on on Nicks and Cruz, James out of the backfield creates mismatches most teams cannot compensate for. I am open to options, what direction would you rather go in, players/postions?

Solid Miami draft

I almost had Carolina take Curry, and Miami would have taken Coples in that situation....
Would that have taken it above the "Solid" marker ;)

I don't think any Browns fan could complain.

I would hope not! Lol, but stranger things have happened. Certainly goes a long way to figuring out the deal with Colt McCoy, or the next QB...
Although I havent heard from the Elfster...

Hey check out my & a few friends mock, 2 minute youtube video.. No talking, straight picks with team logo as a background... straight to the point... preciate it in advance, comment & enjoy ... We have Barron to the Bills at 10 to help with gronkowski etc, anyone agree?

04-26-2012, 11:36 AM
The Bengals won't pass on Kuechly.

Why is that in your opinion?
Side note: I originally had Kuechly there over Floyd, but went with Floyd to give Dalton another weapon on the perimeter, so I think I understand from a value perspective.

Not feeling the Bills Draft

One of them or both?
It was not my favorite, but I think realistic given the way the board fell.
Floyd, Kuechly and Barron were other possibilitys I was considering...
