Loving these late mocks with us trading up for Kalil and just giving up our 2nd rounder to get our franchise LT...OH YEAH!!

Good trade, but picks? Not so much.

16. Kansas City Chiefs
David DeCastro/OG/Stanford

Eh, no thanks. I think by this point, with another 2nd in the bag, I'd rather have Hightower. SEC player, Bama player and Defensive player would win out. The Chiefs had a heavy offensive FA.

44. Kansas City Chiefs
Alameda Ta’amu/NT/Washington

I'm okay with this, but I don't see the Jaguars or the Cowboys as a threat to draft him. He can wait to pick 47. Robinson or Smith at 44 would be better selections, and Ta'amu at 47. Me personally, I'd take Robinson.

16. Dont'a Hightower, ILB Alabama
44. Josh Robinson, CB South Florida
47. Alameda Ta’amu, NT Washington

Now you've got a solid Chiefs mock.

Nice haul for the Bucs, hope we would squeeze more then a second rounder for moving back 5 spots though.

Love the trade back and picking up a preennial pro bowl guard and a second round pick. Love the fact that we picked up a big samoan for our NT rotation. Not sure how I feel about picking up a WR, but if he's BPA. I can swallow that pill...Good job man.

23. Detroit Lions
Cordy Glenn/OT/Georgia

54. Detroit Lions
Mike Adams/OT/Ohio State

Really? Second mock I've seen in the last 5 minutes with the Lions taking 2 OT's in 2 rounds. LB, DE, S, CB, and RB could all be addressed.

That trade and corresponding selection for the Pats is a masterpiece, I love that. However, the rest of the picks are pretty meh for me. All are a possibility, but I think there are definite picks that are better. For instance J. Jenkins would be much better than Lavonte David at 48. Devon Still has huge problems with using his hands, and that spells trouble for our gap control system. A bit of an unconventional pick there could be Stephen Hill. We need a young developmental receiver, and Hill can run the only route none of our recevers can: 9 routes.

Love the trade and McClellin and David where the Pats get them, but the two other picks are pretty bad IMO.
