Just a shame. RIP. Hope this is somehow a wakeup call to Kenny Britt and to maybe mature the man as he's flirted with death a few times in his young life.

RIP.

When a man/woman ends their own life, it's a shame. The pain a person must go through to decide to do such a thing is something I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Damn, that's sad... :( One has to wonder what seemed so terrible that he didn't see any other way out. It's just sad...

RIP

Really want to know if he shot himself in the chest....

This is a huge issue for the NFL and the sport of football in general...

Saw this earlier. Terrible. Very familiar with Murdock...second former Gamecock to commit suicide in the last few years. Kenny Mckinley, one of my all-time favorite Gamecocks, being the other.

I just don't get it. He's young and athletic. Even if he doesn't make it as a football player, he has tons of options in front of himself.

RIP.

Holy ****, I remember him when played for South Carolina. I had no clue he had even made it the pros. Jesus, both him and McKinley, what the ****. RIP.

He did this in front of his high school, I think this shows the sort of pressure athletes can be under. Coming out high school he was very highly recruited, most all Gamecock fans and Spurrier himself thought he would fit perfectly into Spurrier's offense and be a big time player. It never working out like that must have affected him a good deal.
