Imagine technology that would permit combine officials to track over 75 data points for college football players, including reaction time, top speed, acceleration, etc.

Guess what? This technology is being released in the next month. A bunch of MLB teams are already using it, and the "football version" is coming out next year. Draftniks, be prepare to feast on a slew of data far beyond your typical 40's, bench presses and shuttle runs, this could revolutionize the NFL Draft.

Scott, this will probably increase your workload :P Hope you enjoy my article!

Eleven years after Tom Brady was drafted by the New England Patriots in the 6th round of the NFL draft, a Tyngsbourough-based company is set to release new technology that could have identified Brady as a rising superstar before he even played a snap of pro football.

I immediately have a boner. I'd like to know how this would have applied to Brady though.
