There is no Trade Commissioner. If you make a trade, then post it in the trade thread. 5 yes votes, gets your trade approved. 5 no votes, gets your trade rejected. Which ever happens first, decides the outcome. Only GMs of other teams can vote. Non mock participants don't count.
