I loved Dinosaurs, I actually got the Season 1 & 2 DVD for cheap and some of the jokes blew over my head. Hell, they had an episode called "What Sexual Harris Meant"; if someone said the dreaded s-e-x word then the show would be under firestorm.

Rocko's Modern Life was great at that too, you can find some of the "questionable" stuff on YouTube.

That's neg rep for not knowing the ORIGINAL Turtles were not a cartoon with multi colored headbands so kids could tell them apart. It was originally a comic book and graphic novel. The color versions always had them all in RED headbands. You could tell them apart by their weapons and personalities. That picture was from one of the original comics that was out long before the cartoons or movies came out. The cartton didn't start until Dec. 1987. The comic started in 1984. For Shame.....
