Not a hall of famer, not even an all star. But, if it guaranteed you a career, would you?
I would.
Specifically, I would take HGH. I don't care that it is lllegal. Especially if my career was long enough to earn a pro sports pension.

Millions of dollars is millions of dollars, right? Imagine how much that could benefit your family. Who wouldn't take the money of being a good pro athlete?
I woudln't want to cheat.

I woudln't want to cheat.
Even for millions of dollars?
If I already had the ability to be a pro, I'd rather just work my ass off to obtain a career. If that were the only way to have a good long career, I'd do it so I could take care of my family.
I woudln't want to cheat.
Even for millions of dollars?
Even for millions of dollars. I would always have that feeling that i wasn't really good enough. I would feel like a lesser person. Money DOES NOT equal happiness for me.

Money DOES NOT equal happiness for me.Yeah, I'd rather just bust my ass to obtain the muscle, but if it were the only way to take care of my family, I'd definitely do it.

Of course if it was the ONLY way but it is no the ONLY way to take care of your family.

I'm not going to be a hypocrit and say I don't want to endanger my health cause I eat fast food like twice a day. I would really hate to do anything that would endanger the legitimacy of my sport but if it was the only, only way I guess I would.

Hmmmmmm
Money or *****
Tough decision :?
i would feel like an absolutely pathetic human being if i had to cheat to succeed. i would rather stand on the sidelines and keep my regular job than possibly jeopardize a sport i claim to care about.
there is nothing more pathetic and worthless than a cheater.

Personally, I would never do steroids, even if it meant the difference between being a regular guy and being the star of the sport. Why? Because of integrity. Doing steroids would compromise my integrity.
Working hard to make something of yourself, however, that has the opposite effect on your integrity. It builds character. I would bust my butt and try as hard as I could to make it, and if I didn't, then it wasn't meant to be. I'd move on to a 9-5 job.

The health risks are just too great for me to do steroids. No amount of money is worth dying for.

Nah, health purposes are there, why die an early death, how does that benefit my family? Also if I did take steroids, that would be in the back of my mind forever. Guilt would eventually drive me to ulcers, it's not worth it.

I wouldn't as I can make almost equivalent money in a different field but if I was an idiot, or even just average, I would take them.
Nope, not even if I could be the GOAT.

Depends. Small amounts aren't that bad, and don't have any side effects...so you bet I would use them. I wouldn't do large amounts though because that can mess you up.

It's not worth risking my life for some stupid drug. If your not good enough your just not good enough. Plenty of other things in life to be good at.
