SNES for sure. Super Mario was kick ass. I also loved that Ninja Tuurtles Game. RAFAEL is the man. Or turtle rather.

I was actually playing that no more than 4 hours ago, followed up by some NBA Jam and American Gladiators. I love vacation.

SNES by a mile. Its not even close. Genesis was hot garbage compared to SNES. The ONLY thing Genesis had on SNES was blood in Mortal Kombat. Thats it.

SNES for me. Donkey Kong was the ****. I also enjoyed the DBZ games. Madden 95 owned.

It's hard because SEGA gave me NBA Jam and NBA Live 95.

That thing dominated. I tried to buy one at pawn shop awhile ago but it was missing a piece. Vintage video games rock.

Nothing beat NHL 94. Ultimate cheeser game.

The better system was the SNES. I don't think anyone can really contend otherwise. SNES had several of the best and most influential console roleplaying games of all time. Sooooo many classics...
But I'm a Sega guy at heart. The Mega Drive was my first system...really fond memories of it. The thing that killed Sega was the expansion systems. The Sega CD, the Sega 32X. Those addons things, which Sega invested a lot into, were complete failures. The Dreamcast was a great system as well. But by the time it came out, Sony had name recognition and hip factor. That was the end of Sega as a hardware company. They're a shell of what they used to be now. The only thing they put out these days are crappy Sonic games.

Rap Around was the ultimate move. People would be flat after you checked them.

It's so weird for me seeing so many people that liked SNES. ALL my friends had Genesis. The only people I can remember having SNES had both systems. I suppose if I had one I would be hardcore about it, but I can't even remember ever PLAYING on one. I just remember how pumped I was once I saved up enough to buy one....

The one-timer and triple deke were also unstoppable. Penguins were awesome.

I don't know, I was pretty fond of both as a kid. I had a Super Nintendo and loved such games as Donkey Kong/Zelda/Mario/Tecmo Super Bowl/Contra and my best buddy had a Genesis and we loved to play Sonic/Street Fighter/VectorMan. Good memories from both, but my personal preference is Super Nintendo.

Gotta be Sega. I still remember playing Madden 93 on that old thing, and also games like NBA Hangtime. Those we the days...

I loved American Gladiators, that game was awesome. The best part was when you swung from that rope and had to try and hit the guy off the platform....A while back I wanted to save up for a 360 so I took my Genesis and my 30 games to GameStop thinking I could get something for it. For the console, two controllers, and almost 30 games they offered me $7.30. I went ahead and kept it although I dont play much anymore.

I'm terrible at the cannonball still, I can never hit him. I make up for it in pretty much everything else. I'm unbeatable in The Wall. Great, great game.

-Mortal Kombat, on Sega Genesis, is the best video game ever.
-I disagree, it's a very good game, but i think Donkey Kong is the best game ever.
-Donkey Kong sucks.
-You know something? YOU SUCK!

MK can't touch Street Fighter.
Man, good memories. I remember I was the first kid on my black who learned to pull of Ryu's Hadouken and Dragon Punch whenever I wanted too. I owned at that game. Still do.
