hes a solid rotational DT, addresses one of your needs so you should be happy about this signing

Anything about his strength and weaknesses? A good run defender I'm assuming?

Does he clog running lanes? Take on double teams? Able to control two gap responsibilites?

Hes a big guy who will take up space, so he can clog a lane. I have no idea if he would be able to handle the two gap, but i would think so.

can he push back a center or guard (pass rushing) so that teams dont double osi/strahan?
If you don't like Rod Marinelli, why would you sign on to play for Tom Coughlin?

It's really hard to say exactly what Bell's big strengths or weaknesses were, because honestly I can barely remember noticing him at all. He's pretty big and takes up space, I guess, but I can't think of any great plays he ever made here. He was the 4th DT here, and on this team if you can't get higher than #4 on the depth chart, you're pretty bad.
