Absolutely no way Atlanta passes on Landry, even if it's for a player with such potential like Peterson. FS is such a need position and Landry can come in immediatly and make our defense better. Other than that, nothing I see is that wrong. Only other change I would make, Anderson is going too early, he is dropping down team boards fast.

That's pretty good for a first mock. Nice job.

I concur on Landry though, I don't think he'll get out of the Top 10.

The need for a TE cant be ignored forever, and Olsen is going to be a stud.

I like Olsen as the Panthers pick, but your logic is beyond flawed.

Regardless of what any of the "draft experts" seem to think, TE was not a need for the Panthers when Dan Henning was the OC simply because of how he used them in the passing game....90% blocking, 10% receiving.

It wasn't until Henning was fired and we hired Jeff Davidson, who uses the TE's more as receivers than Henning ever thought about, as OC that it became a true need.

That was a tough one, but what it came down to is that i could see them taking Merriweather in the second or Weddle in the third.

solid KC mock but for god knows why Herm has said he is leaning towards not taking a WR in RD 1 so if nthat's the case then give us Aaron Ross

ALLEN PLAYING AT CORNER

Jason Allen is working exclusively at cornerback.

Nickel CB is a much greater than WR.

why? are sheldon brown and lito sheppard not adequate enough for you? i can understan meriwhether but if im an eagle fan im much more confident about the Corner situation than having regie brown as your "go to guy"

Read my above post, he'd be the nickelback in a year when Will James leaves. And because we have no glaring needs, cornerback is a Rd.1 need for us.

not bad hard to imagine the cowboys passing on bowe and jarrett, but griifen is a good player

why would you draft a a corner who would be your nickelback in a year with your number one selection?

Reggie Brown, Greg Lewis, and Hank Basket are not number one reicvers. Why draft a nickle back when you can get a good target for mcnabb to throw at for the next 5 or six years. That post made no sense.

Nickel CB is a much greater than WR.So your policy is to draft backups in the first round?

Reggie Brown, Kevin Curtis, and Hank Baskett is a more than adequate group of recievers. I understand that nickelback is not usually a 1st round pick, but it may be our biggest need in that situation.

It's not like nickelbacks never see the field unless of an injury, and to answer your question, in that situation, yes.

you need to draft a guy thats gonna be consistently starting or on the field like all of the game draft a future starter, a cb would make sense maybe if one of the corners was 30 but there both young and talented so it makes no sense to burn a round 1 pick on such a solid position when you have other needs

Why is everyone against me on this? I thought it was common knowledge that the eagles were looking to bring in a CB. Aaron Ross is one of their favorite guys.
