bucs make offer to raiders?

i just saw this on the raider thread

says they offered all four of their 1st day picks for #1.

I rly dont belive this i think they;d wait til draft day or at least closer to see if the raiders are even going to take him cuz they could save some value if he falls to #2

Why would the Raiders do that? Why would the Bucs trade up to 1 if they can move up to 2 for less?

raiders should take it...they need help all over....they could draft peterson/ qinn/russell...the with all those second rounders trade one and a third to get another top reciever end of r.1

why wouldnt the raiders do that 4 first day picks and they still pick at #4 there they could take AD.
