I agree. I didn't play MVP Baseball 04, but I played 05. MVP Baseball won't be back for a long ass time. Somebody has exclusive rights through 2013.

In future NBA Live games, I want the post play to improve. The post play in the this year's game sucked. I want hook shots and stuff like that. Also, incorporate player specific moves. Example: Tim Duncan's jab step. Also, less swishes when a basket is made. Also, not the cpu training your player. I want to be the one training my young center on stuff like the hookshot. Also, control what your players eat, and work them out in the gym to get them bigger. Last but not least, the body types. I want to be able to have leg length, arm length, wingspan, stuff like that. I don't the average 1, avergae 2 etc. I want to be able to specifically edit arm size leg size and so on.

I just remember reading about it for the first time in PSM magazine, but now that I think about it, you're right. They did say "as of now." Very interesting.

Army of Two is another game I think could be pretty great if they get the AI right. Also Stranglehold, Dark Sector, and Heavy Rain. Some games that could suck, but could also be really good are, Blacksite:Area 51, Alone in the Dark, and Clive Barker's Jericho.

No, I was going to buy one, but I got engaged, and being that we don't have a ton of money at the moment, I basically had to go one or the other. I did have a 360 at one point, but it was destroyed by sand and dust, and is completely useless now. Never take your 360 to a desert.

Most of the launch games for PS3 weren't great looking at all IMO. I like Resistance: Fall of Man. Fight Night and Call of Duty are good too. I'm still a PS3 fan, but the launch games left something to be desired for sure.

I'd love a game of Munich. I think the reason most movie licensed games suck is because the developer is under pressure to get it out as fast as they can to capitalize on the hype of the movie. Rushed product=crappy product.

Probably some feature in Superstar Mode where if you're a QB and you have more INTs than TDs and have the Worst QB Rating in the NFL and you get shutdown against good Defenses yet you will still be called "One of The Best QBs in the AFC" and you will go to the Pro Bowl and get on the Madden Cover. That's what I think a new Feature will be.

You can't have a game like that, it would lead you to do unspeakable acts and such. Or at least that is what some people want to lead you to believe. Those additions would make the game more enjoyable indeed.

I wish EA never locked up exclusivity. The quality has really dropped since, and composite review scores back up that assertion.

Anyone have MLB 2K7? I have a few problems with this game.

1. You hit way too many homers, regardless of level of difficulty
2. Hard as hell to steal bases and hit doubles
3. You get 20 Ks on Pro and zero to one on All-Star (there is no in between)
4. You'll get robbed of a homerun at least one time a game and you always know it's coming
5. CPU pitchers pitch mostly strikes... leading to low walk numbers

I'm a huge fan of realism and this game just doesnt have it. I had to stop playing my season it just wasnt fun anymore. Overall... the game is fantastic to look at but, they still have a lot of work to do.

Square owes nothing to Sony. I grew up playing Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, and all the other Square games on the SNES. They've released a Final Fantasy on the 360 already. Granted, it was XI, but still. I'm happy about it actually. Good series, even though I wasn't a fan of XII....people who don't own a PS3 deserve to play it.
One thing that's becoming a trend in this console life cycle is not limiting yourself to exclusives.....which actually gives the developers more power.

Those franchises deserve to be enjoyed by users of all gaming platforms. I recall playing Metal Gear in my youth on the NES and have recently acquired it on Gamecube and Xbox and its too much of a hassle to get multiple gaming systems just to play an individual title.

Still, that's probably the only platform it would be worth jumping ship for, considering the sales for console style RPG games on the PC have never been that great....and as you mentioned, theres no way the Wii could run it.

I have been thinking of some viedo game ideas...

The Departed, the game or atleast something like it.

A game that is Se7en esque but, w/ some more action.

A movie maker game for the 360...kind of like The Movies PC game but, better. Upload movies via Xbox live.

Cloverfield the game or something based off of it...lots of running, more mini monsters, tons of changing POVs (civilian to military men to camera man and back), and I think it would be pretty cool if the game actually filmed what you were doing and seeing from the first person perspective...like sometimes you can be the camera man and watch the military blow some **** up and then sometimes you could go on the other side of that and be the military or you could just be one of the civilians being filmed by the camera man...I always wanted a game that recorded what you were doing and when the game is done...you can go back and watch the movie you just created. I think that would be pretty sweet.

Good ideas...I think the tunnel scenes could be made pretty bad ass in video game form also.

Yeah, the PS3 as a piece of hardware is great no doubt about it. The 802.11 ready to go, the Blu-ray(Though probably the main reason for it's steep price, was smart decision by Sony), and the fact that it can run Linux and other Unix based OS on there is great. Though I'm not a fan of the UI, and I'm a bigger fan of the titles on the XBOX. But the list was pretty much obvious things microsoft should consider doing to the next generations of XBOX's in the next 6-12 months. No Brainers IMO.

Haze is getting alot of hype and looks like it could be amazing. Killzone 2 is coming out god knows when, but still looks great. And of course MGS4, which is by far my favorite game franchise of all time is suppose to come out Q2 2008, so you really can't argue with the titles.

The 2 I bolded are what I would love for the Wii. The headset I haven't used for anything else so I can live without, but the lack of wireless games holds it back big time IMO.

Sorry, I meant games you can play online, I use wireless internet and always call online gaming wireless for some reason.

I could bet money that he meant online games. And that really is a big handicap so far with the Wii. Even brawl looks like it may not be that good online.

yea, I agree...Wii's online gaming doesn't get me interested at all...

and it's not even that reliable...it's like a 75% chance you get matched into a game with Madden or even Guitar Hero...
