I thought I read somewhere that the Chiefs were showing a ton of interest in Jackson, and CB is a big need for KC. BTW, no way Levi Brown is dropping to the Chiefs.

Really? Wow, someone who doesn't actually hate Brady Quinn...
Don't think the Lions will take Joe Thomas. Calvin Johnson, Brady Quinn or Gaines Adams should be the pick.

They can probably get Jackson in the 2nd. Bad Saints pick by the way. I don't see us reaching for McCauley (especially now when we signed Jason David to an offer sheet and most likely will get him). Houston is also a better player than McCauley and will be a more likely pick if you don't count in David. Jon Beason or Justin Harrell would also have been good picks.

I was so sold on the Lions taking Thomas a month ago that I have a problem differing from that, even though new evidence goes againsst that pick now.

You now, the idea of a mock draft is predicting what's most likely to happen right now ;)

I still think CB is a legit 1st round need for the Saints, but I do think Houston will be higher on your board than McCauley. I must've thought Houston was already taken when I gave you Marcus, but I'll change the pick.

I still think they'll take Thomas... I'm just a lot less sure.
BTW, I changed the Saints pick.

Looks better now. I personally think we will target Daymeion Huges in the 2nd and instead of a CB in the 1st will look at LB and DT there. But Ttat's just me, and I can't argue with anyone thinking we will pick up Houston or Ross in the 1st even though I don't think so (if we sign Jason David).

WR is also a rather large need for you guys... you're in a good spot needs wise. Your needs all have deep classes.

Well, I hate the Browns first round pick, but it is a mock draft and it's very realistic that we would take Russel if he's there.

No offense but Jarret is the worst receiver the Chargers could pick in the first. We already have 3 big possession receivers, we need a playmaking deep threat.

I hate the Steeler pick. I have no problem with taking a CB in the first, but give us Revis. He's the better CB and he's a hometown boy(Pitt Univ)

9. Miami Dolphins: Alan Branch
No no no
Willis or Brown there or a trade back and picking Staley
This is a Horrible Miami pick
We dont need a DE (in the 3-4 he would be a DE), Holliday and Roth play there with Manuel and Rodrique Wrights for backups and more for backups as well.
We have a young NT in Freddrick Evans.
Branch's value is not top 10 anymore anyways.
RoyHall#1
04-20-2007, 12:28 PM
You guys need a NT and Branch can bulk up 10-15 pounds and play that in a 3-4. You gotta believe!
I believe Branch's value is definitely top 15, and I will stake my reputation on him going in the top 15.
