No Quinn for the Lions, either adams or CJ

Not a good eagles pick, WR isn't a 1st round need.

I agree Adams would fit well with the team but I just don't think he's worth the #2 overall pick.

Not a good eagles pick, WR isn't a 1st round need.

No Eagle receiver with a thousand yards and no Eagle with 50 catches. Also, Stallworth left.

Good Bills pick

WR is not a need for the Eagles. Maybe a second day pick for that position.

04-24-2007, 06:03 PM
The Eagles will not pick a WR first day, let alone first round. We may not even pick one at all. Reggie Brown was 9 yards short of a 1,000 yard season. Our offense spreads the ball around a lot and that is why we rarely have any stand out receivers. We have a young crop of WRs that show a lot of promise and we got the guy that will help replace Donte in Kevin Curtis. I think no matter what, if Griffin is available, he is our pick, unless some player fell dramatically on draft day like Willis or Landry or Carriker.

David Harris/Drew Stanton would be good in that situation.

I don't know that Jamaal Anderson can play OLB in a 3-4. The guy weighs 288 pounds and only ran a 4.75. He seems more like a Michael Strahan type of player.

Houston's not really a good fit in New England's zone defense. He's not a good enough run defender. The Patriots are said to covet both Jon Beason and David Harris. I think Beason would be picked over Harris but I would love both picks. Griffin at #28 is a pretty good deal.
