i just started watching it sunday again. it was the indentity thing with him and that Kevin guy who look alike..was Tony really the 1 who is having that surgery and is in a comma or was that Kevin? got a little confused but im pretty sure Tony was the guy who was in hotel after being released with a minor concussion.

can someone fill me in a little?

Dude, I think that was basically a dream sequence. Like Tony i experiencing what its like to live a normal life. I might be putting too much thought into it, but it makes sense to me.

I heard that there will be 13 episodes this year, than a "Final 8" to end the series next february.

I think that if Tony does die, the show will shift to a story about how the family fills the power vacuum of Tony's death. Chris of Sil? What do the New Yorkers wanna do. If Tony dies, theres gonna be a huge war. Huge. I think it could be good. More scope in the storytelling then your average show

Uncle Junior shot Tony and he's in a coma. The dream was supposed to represent how he's stuck between life and death, because Kevin can't go home. Also when Kevin gets brain damage it's probably foreshadowing that Tony will live but will be mentally impaired.
