Like the first two picks for the bucs, but Buster Davis is an awful pick, would prefer moses or McDonald

As a fellow diehard Pats fan I have to say I hope you are wrong on both picks. Timmons is a bust and you could get a much better player than Griffin.
Safety is a postion I would rather see filled with someone from the next tier of talent. The group being talked about as late round one picks scare me for one reason or another.

Timmons is not a 3-4 olb. His body of work is too small and he doesn't strike me as a high character guy. He could be a good will backer in a 4-3 but I want no part of him. I would not be suprised to see him fail to live up the hype.

For my money I would prefer to see the pats trade out of round 1 and pick up multiple 2's and 3's or even a 2008 1st. I like the team we will put on the field this year and my expectations for this draft class is to provide good special teams play immediately, quality depth, and potential future starters.
I am more interested in continuing the pipeline of quality character-driven, talented players that I am proud to support.

I would take a Brian Leonard in round 1 before I tried to fill a percieved greater need . Same for a Poz. They may have less than complete pedigrees etc, but I 'll take that heart, attitude, makeup. I've won my Superbowls, and yeah, I want more, but I want to enjoy rooting for my team and not be embarrased by them .

Not a very good mock, especially for the Eagles. We would take Meriweather in the first and Leonard in the second.

LOVE both of the Saints picks...

we could take either Wright (if were convinced, of his problems) or Hughes (who is a playmaker and Saints like).

You kind of contradict yourself here on Griffin. He is a special teams ace. The kid blocked like 5 kicks in his career and is a demon as a gunner on punt coverage. Add in the fact that he could project as either FS or SS depending on your scheme and personnel and you've got yourself a great value in the late 1st round.

the title is misleading. im from massachsuetts pats/red sox fans are the biggest mo mos ever. sorry cant read this. the fact that you had to type that in the title makes it biased. good day.

I believe the Skins will take LaRon Landry over Okoye, but thats just my opinion, so I say its a good mock overall.

Carolina signed David Carr. There's no need for a QB. Safety is the most glaring hole on the entire team.

For the eagles, the 2nd round is okay but the 1st is really bad.

Why would the Panthers spend a 2nd rounder on a Qb after just signing Carr, Delhomme 'only' being 32, and having a 3rd string/project Qb the coaching staff is high on?

The kid is a poor tackler who will be a reach in the 1st round. Blocking kicks is not a special teams skill that translates to the NFL. Certain teams always excel at this ( Va Tech, Virginia, Texas) and they accumulate them against the Dukes and Baylors on their schedule. How often do you see a player with multiple blocked kicks in a season in the NFL ? Griffin is not a 1st round talent.

If the Vikings fail to address WR before round 3 this state is going to lynch Childress.
