Draft is tomorrow right? If so then last chance to get Ben Gordon. I told you it wasn't going to be easy and it hasn't.

Just an updated reminder...
Chris Duhon
Michael Sweetney (assuming we get him back because I want to match offer) for sign and trade
available...
lol I only have one new addition am I the only one not heavily changing their roster? Reason I'm not is because this team is already built for a championship in a few years and they don't need much of change, just development.

Kinda hard for Orlando to sign someone off my team, isn't it?

Portland gets:#6 pick overall
Seattle gets: picks #24, 37, 42, 53, 54, 2008 First rounder, Travis Outlaw, Dan Dickau

I loved my trade Sean May, Adam Morrison, Pick #22, and 2008 2nd rounder
for
Greg Oden and Dan Gadzuric. Morrison would be burried on the bench anyways behind Vince Carter, Kevin Martin, Rashard Lewis, and Walter Herrman.

Can't believe you're adding Oden to your already sick roster... Unbelievable.
...for Sean May, Adam Morrison and chump change? Good grief! Prince made that trade and now he's looking for a PF and trying to sell a SF... That's sooo bad...

It wasn't a terrible trade for the Bucks. Sean May was a poor man's Elton Brand in college, and Adam Morrison was a poor man's Larry Bird in college, so atleast they have that potential to ride on although IMO Morrison has little potential and will have a mediocre to poor career like JJ Redick.

fine with me. i have questioned you and what you're doing. if you don't like it, oh well. yes you did put a ton of time into it and it's appreciated, but blowing up just because I call out the fact that no where in your "rules" do you state how long we have for each pick is beyond ludicrous. If I'm too lazy to look through 24 pages to find out how long YOUR clock is, what does that say about you and the lack of a simple notice on how long the clock happens to be?

Minnesota's Depth Chart:
C Spencer Hawes/Etan Thomas/Mark Blount
PF Jeff Green/Mark Madsen/Tiago Splitter/Justin Reed
SF Antawn Jamison/Jason Kapono/Trenton Hassel
SG Carlos Delfino/Rashad McCants/Flip Murray
PG Randy Foye/Mike James/Marko Jaric
Green and Jamison will switch back and forth between the 3 and 4 spot depending on matchups, but I would like to keep Jamison at 3 as much as possible.
As you can see, I am stacked at PF, and really the frontcourt in general, with a ton of talented youth. I want to trade some of this youth (at any position) for a star player to complement Jamison.
So if your team looks like the T-wolves do in real life, trade me your KG, and get some talented youth to bring a bright future to your team.

Are you serious? Have you seen my frontcourt? Hawes, Green, Thomas, Jamison, and Blount will all be splitting time there. A rising star in Randy Foye at the point with Delfino rounding out the starters and McCants, James, and Kapono for depth in the backcourt. How is that the worst team in the league?

Thomas and Blout are INCREDIBLY SPARE
Jamison is nice but can't carry a team.. see this year
Jeff Green has no buisness playing the 4 unless you plan to run up and down the court and then Hawes is useless.
Delfino would be a bottom 5 of starting SG in the league
Foye is a key word "rising" star and is no where near ready to be the 2nd man on a team.
McCants and James would be nice pieces but nothing to write home about.....
Kapono does nothing for me
and in the West you would get Rolled....
for the future good team but next year.... not so much
Windy

Are you serious? Have you seen my frontcourt? Hawes, Green, Thomas, Jamison, and Blount will all be splitting time there. A rising star in Randy Foye at the point with Delfino rounding out the starters and McCants, James, and Kapono for depth in the backcourt. How is that the worst team in the league?
your're probably better off starting thomas ahead of hawes unless you acquire another center. hawes is a good prospect but he shouldn't start as a rookie.

The Mighty, Mighty Bobcats, most improved team in history:
PG:Raymond Felton/Brevin Knight/Troy Hudson
SG:Vince Carter/Kevin Martin/Matt Carroll
SF:Rashard Lewis/Derrick Byars/Walter Herrman
PF:Emeka Okafor/Brandan Wright/Jake Voskuhl
C:Al Jefferson/Dan Gadzuric/Chris Mihm
This team is amazing they are set for the next 15 years. They are deep as hell. At point guard Raymond Felton is one of the elite young point guards in the league raising his averages this past year to 14 ppg, 7 apg. Brevin Knight is a top PG backup in the league being one of the top 5 pure passing point guards in the league. A nice guy to have to run your team. Troy Hudson hasn't been the same in years but if he gets a chance you never know. VC is an allstar pure and simple. Kevin Martin is also Allstar caliber and immediately the front runner for 6th man of the year. If VC ever slips up Kmart is there. Matt Carroll was the 3rd best 3 point shooter in the NBA this past season, although he will have trouble getting on the court. At SF Rashard Lewis is another Allstar. A dangerous scorer and good rebounder. Derrick Byars who can play the 1, 2, or 3 is a dangerous backup and should carve out time playing defense and scoring. Walter Herrman who scored 10+ points in 18 of the last 20 games along with long arms, great defense, and rebounding should be starting in this league, but because of this stacked team he is relegated to a bench position. At PF Emeka Okafor is a top 5 defender and rebounder in the NBA. An absolute monster, and his offense is solid. Another possible allstar. His backup rookie Brandan Wright who has a mix of KG and Bosh in him. He won't need to contribute right away but immediately gives them a franchise big man. At Center Al Jefferson is another guy only 21 years old who could have easily been an allstar last year. He brings the scoring and rebounding and is on his way to joining the Chris Bosh, Amare Stoudemire's, and Dwight Howards. Dan Gadzuric has no offense but is an amazing shot blocker and can rebounder. He is great for those fouls and intimidation. Chris Mihm was great a couple of years ago so hopefully he can keep that up. With new coach Michael Jordan this is not only a team that can win right now, but in 10 years also. Plus they have North Carolina players who want to bring this team up for it's fans: Vince Carter, Brandan Wright, Raymond Felton, Michael Jordan.

Welcome to Chicago Allen Iverson, and Kenyon Martin. We add a scoring threat on offense down low with defensive capability close to Ben Wallace's. If he stays healthy this could be a tremendous pickup. Iverson gives us a more then complimentary scorer and leader that the bulls needed in the playoffs and in the regular season, and he pairs with Luol Deng and Kirk Hinrich very very well and Skiles should love him. We also now have a very fast up tempo team also having Juan Dixon coming off the bench being a combo PG/SG, and Noah off the bench as a combo PF/C.

The Denver Nuggets are excited to announce that they have pulled off their first blockbuster of the offseason!
As much as AI's addition to the team in 07 seemed like an ok fit, the team ultimately discovered fast that the duo of Melo and AI wasn't going to win in the playoffs.
New GM, D-Unit was brought in to replace crazy Kiki Vanderwegh and brought with him a sound, fundamental basketball approach. The way the draft played out, allowed this trade to happen. Sitting with the 7th pick, the Nuggets were prepared to draft big man Roy Hibbert. However, it was a big shock when Hibbert was selected with the 4th pick of the draft. That was truly the turning point of the draft as it pushed Horford and Wright down the board. We were expecting PG Mike Conley Jr to get selected by Portland where he would team up with Brandon Roy and Lamarcus Aldridge, but the Hibbert selection changed all of that. Without expecting Conley Jr. to be there, the Nuggets were ecstatic when he was. Conley is a player ahead of his time and the unquestioned top PG in the draft after his spectacular freshman season. When Conley was selected this opened up a whole slew of options for the Nuggets.
http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/3171/conley2mm9.jpg
The first order of business was putting AI and his unconventional fit on the block and searching for that Center who could fill the void where we were expecting Hibbert to fill. Once Chicago called, a deal was quickly struck.
New Roster as it stands:
PG Mike Conley Jr . Antonio Daniels
SG Ben Gordon . Josh Childress
SF Carmelo Anthony . Renaldo Balkman . Linas Kleiza
PF Chris Webber . Michael Sweetney
C Ben Wallace . Zaza Pachulia . Brendan Haywood

That team is probably the worst in the Western Conference. Just wanted to chime in on that Chicago trade, they sure did make out horribly in it. Ben Gordon is arguably more valuable than AI because he does much of the same things except he is 8 years older. Kenyon Martin I don't think will ever be near what he once was. Injuries have ruined his career, and even if he does come back full strength I thought he was a tad bit overrated and a good player but not a deserving Allstar. Even in his prime he was only a solid scorer and average rebounder. The other 2 guys would be lucky to make the team.

Eh Memphis is still a lower tier team and Marvin can't play the 4, not even on the Hawks which allows smaller guys to play the 4. Marvin isn't huge and isn't a great rebounder, and his offense is based on the perimeter and slashing. He will get eaten up by west PF's. Magic Bleh.

yea, well the Nets need a forward who can come of the bench, bring energy, and ACTUALLY REBOUND!!!! thats what Frye will help with too. Kidd should not lead the team in rebounds...

You can send them to me as a PM but I ask that you send one with all the teams so my box doesn't get too crowded.
Thanks!

All this picking for missed picks is a little disturbing...
Next time, we shouldn't have the draft over the weekend.

The Atlanta Hawks would like to announce the signing of 3 years 12 million of:
http://217.13.116.51/fotos/noticias/jornada1/peq_2084_43.jpg
Theodorous Papaloukas. Although 30 years old the 6-7 PG is far and away bar none the best player in Europe right now and he will likely get the PG start over Crittenton, Speedy, and Anthony Johnson. He is a big time player and now makes the Hawks a true contender for the Eastern Conference title.

I really haven't picked for that many people. Some the picks I made came off of big boards and people were asked that if they weren't going to be here to please send me a big board. I don't think that thats asking much.

He was my #2 choice on my last pick and I am ticked he was drafted. He is a pure PG who can knock down the 3 with consistency. He is also 6-5, I believe.

I know we aren't finished with this yet but I want to take this opputunity to thank all of you for making this relatively easy and being here and getting stuff done. With all the re-signings, signings, trades, and draft it all went very smooth and there weren't many bumps in the road. Honestly, I was expecting it to be a little more stressful and difficult but you guys made it very easy and I thank you for that.

Some of the guys I signed had no business going undrafted 2, should have even gone round 1 in Ante Tomic and Artem Zabelin, my other guys were great too, Stephen Lasme, Ali Traore, Mustafa Shakur, DJ Strawberry, guys out there people should look at are Jared Jordan, JR Reynolds, Jamon Gordon, Zabian Dowdell, Carl Landry.

As an UFA and a 4th string PG/D leaguer he is a great pickup, disappointing in college, heck yeah, but he still has all of the tools, and showed improvement this year.

Tyrus Thomas and Kenyon Martin? I agree though I could have done better. Problem was I joined in late and I didn't understand all the rules with FA's so I missed out on a bunch.

Tyrus is not ready as he showed to be a starter and is hardly an inside presence. Kenyon if he actually plays is not a good fit at C especially with the small Tyrus at PF and Kenyon even before injury wasn't a great rebounder and relied so much on his dunks, I wouldn't expect him to be much and even when he was an allstar I didn't think he deserved it he just benefited from Kidd who was unreal when Kenyon was with him. Their Backups Joakim Noah, Malik Allen, and Brian Skinner, ew. The Bulls probably have the worst front court in the league now. But I understand your situation and stuff.
