Ok just trying so stuff out.

Marc Bulger is a FA after this season so I gave the Rams a QB.

Brian Westbrook is a great back but Stewart was great value and Eagles lack a good back up.

Tony Romo is terrible so Cowboys will be drafting a QB early.

Michael Turner will be an UFA and LT will need a new back up.

I went kinda fast so I dropped some people farther down than they should be.

Yes .... Seahawks 2008 Super Bowl Champs

I forgot about Andre Woodson but he will be in my next round 1.

Calais Campbell is way too low... I think Detroit would take him in just about any scenario where he was available.

Is Antonie Cason considered a top-15 pick? I see him more in the 15-25 range.. atleast right now.

Why are people commenting on the draft order? Who cares?

well obviously the people commenting on it care, what a stupid statement, saying "who cares?", wont make all the people talking about draft order(inlcuding me), just go, hey you know what, he's right, who does care.

does every1 forget Romoplayed in the pro bowl, threw 19 TD's 13 int's, 65.3% passes completed, even when he struggled still maintained 65 %, and more TD's than picks, he is a top 10 QB....love the #1 overall pick though

Although I like Jonathan Stewart and he is a great value, we just drafted Tony Hunt and Nate Ilaoa this year to give Westbrook some help. Unless something happens to either one of them or Westbrook, I really doubt we would go RB in Round 1. Had we not drafted either one, I'd be all for this pick....

I like the Connor pick. I think #10 may be a bit too high for him right now, but I could see it happening. The Lions need a stud MLB to complete their LB corps and I think Connor would do just that.

Yep he is a surefire top 5-10 pick.

lol

I cannot believe so many of you people are wasting your time with this. 2008 mock drafts? In early May? Are you kidding me??

And Cleveland is not finishing with the #1 overall pick. That's, for lack of a better term, stupid to think. If the Frye/Anderson Browns with NO running game and a horrid OL can get us to 4 wins then this year's Quinn/Frye? Browns with a hugely revamped OL can get us to at least 6.

LitoSheppard
05-04-2007, 11:33 AM
lol...HORRIBLE! lol not even just the Eagle pick, all around it sucks. BTW Cowboys (Browns) arn't going to have the number one pick unless they use Brady Quinn this year. Ugh..HORRIBLE mock draft
I won't adress all the wrong things with this.. but I will adress the Eagles pick. Not only a bad pick but bad explanation, why draft a solid BACKUP in the first round to sit under Westbrook where we have Buchalter Tony Hunt and Ryan Moats...omg this is just ugly

He played a little more then half a season and lost in his playoff game and he is a top 10 QB already? Jesus Christ..Homer Cowboy fans.
1.Peyton Manning
2.Tom Brady
3.Donavon McNabb (Only when he is healthy and on the field)
4.Carson Palmer
5.Drew Brees (I don't think so but ill get shot by Saints fans if he isn't)
6. Brett Favre
7.Marc Bulger
8.Matt Hassellback
9.Philip Rivers
10.Eli Manning
All thoughs are far better then Romo.

you are a homer eagle fan, there is no way eli is better than Romo. He will show the world this year and dont hate because the browns will suck and we will end up with Mcfadden. Oh yeah Kolb not gunna happen with that superbowl buddy, your team just cant win the big one

I'm a Michigan fan, and I like Manningham, but there's no way he's the #3 pick in the draft. Way too high. I'd be shocked if he even went top 5.

I'd like that eagles pick a lot if we didn't already have Brian Westbrook, Tony Hunt, and Nate Ilaoa.

I don't see the Texans taking a linebacker. There are far greater needs at S, HB, OL, CB, and WR.

Romo is the man. Put us in 26-32 please, thanks.

And the Seahawks? LMAO. We should have owned you in the 1st round last year. They aren't even making the playoffs, take the homer cap off.

I'm no Hawks fan, but shoulda coulda woulda. Can't quite be in the 26-32 range if you can't make it out of the first round because "the man" can't hold the damn football

Agreed but I am sure we could find a place or way to get him in, if he adds weight perhaps at DE for the 3-4 system and for the 4-3 system too.

Also is Baker better then Long at this point I have to wonder.

A lot of mock drafts from here all the way till next April will have Raiders taking Sam Baker because of his connection with Kiffin, honestly I rather have Jake Long.

I disagree with the fact that the Boys draft a QB day 1.

Romo is a damn good QB.

Makes sense. Especially with the wear and tear Bulger has.

Brian Westbrook is a great back but Stewart was great value and Eagles lack a good back up.

1. Great back? No, he's not.
2. The Eagles drafted Tony Hunt round 3.
3. Drafting a good back up in the first round is a great way to have a higher first round pick next year. And I do distinguish between drafting a replacement for an aging starter and drafting a backup (like the Bengals like to do at RB).

Tony Romo is terrible so Cowboys will be drafting a QB early.

Tony Romo was a pro bowl QB and whoever it was that listed Eli Manning as a top ten QB (much less ahead of Romo) needs to watch some more Giants games.

Michael Turner will be an UFA and LT will need a new back up.

Michael Turner was a fifth round draft pick. Jesse Chatman was a UDFA. The Chargers need to draft a RB early like the Jets needed to draft Lamont Jordan in the second round back in 2002.

Yes .... Seahawks 2008 Super Bowl Champs

This is one thing I'll say about the order. **** happens in the NFL. Your favorite team could be selecting first or thirty second next year. That is the nature of the NFL.

We (Ravens) are already pretty high on Antawn Barnes are their future DE/OLB

thule
06-03-2007, 05:03 PM
Tony Romo is going to play terrible enough to draft a QB in the first...something that hasn't been done since Aikman if I remember right. Yet they still finish in the middle of the pack. I know the cowboys have a good supporting cast...but that would have to be one hell of an effort to be picking that late in the first round when your qb tanked enough to get replaced :S

Mr. Stiller
06-03-2007, 05:25 PM
Steelers need a LT or DE/OLB ... neither scheme we use do we need a great cb
