ok i officially feel like a douche. i was ragging on him and was saying all this mess, but it is our FO that are not handleing the situation right. he should have been traded. if they aren't going to sign he should have been traded. that is what he wants and deserves that. did anyone listen the whole interview??

I don't think Faneca will be dealt with at all. I think he'll show up and play and be let go at the end of the year.

I Hope we trade him.

Supposedly Seattle was willing to offer a 2nd and 4th this past draft.

I'm wondering if Anyone will offer a 2008 1st or 2nd & 4th.

...

..The godly Mocks I could make with an extra 1st or 2nd & 4th

1a) Jasper Brinkley, MLB, South Carolina

i wish we could, but at 30, im not sure we'd get much more than the 3rd we'd get from the comp picks

Well here's the dilemma..

Rumor has it that Seattle offered a 2nd and a 4th draft day...

Faneca could probably get a 2nd rounder on the mere fact he's the 2nd best G in the game... though at 30 it's tough.. but if Branch can fetch a first (Granted he's younger, but he wasn't worth a first).. we should've let the Haggies pay.

Now if we trade him for a 3rd.. we'll get it in 2008, which as of right now.. looks DAMN DEEP at OL.. not so much center.. but LT's are available up to round 4, and Premier Guards can be had probably up to round 3.

If we keep him and let him leave and sign a 3rd round compensation level contract.. we won't get that pick until 2009.
