Question about Irsay

hello I am not trying to bring up any bad memories about the Colts leaving town, but did Irsay say he wasnt going to move the team then a week later he did the infamous late night move? Because everybody disses Modell left and right about moving the Browns but Modell did say if he didnt get a stadium he would have to move.


If any part of that is wrong can you please correct the whole situation.
