incoherent noise? i think you lack the finely tuned ear for hardcore music sir.
noise. or just are morally opposed to screaming. either way it's an artform you don't appreciate. much akin to how i really don't appreciate baroque music.

hardcore and sXe don't necessarly go hand in hand. the problems i think you run into are sXe crews. who are separate than those who just are sXe. there's always some radicals in every group. in history. sXe basically was DC hardcore mogul ian mackaye's brainchild. but, even kids now adays dont' follow the basic premises of it (which was moderation). but. i mean. hardcore doesn't go with straight edge. plenty of ska and punk kids are straight edge (or were in ska's case. ska is dead.) i also bet you have an issue with vegetarianism. it's not a movement though as much as a culture breaking commonality. besides throwdown attracts the mallcore kids anyway, who, you as much as me, would like to shove a rusty pipe up their you know where.
