So, are the pictures up to date? I remember I was messing with that google earth thing one day, and it would be raining outside, but the picture of my neighborhood was sunny.

They're not up to date. It's the same as their satellite images. Some of them are months/years old. Others are much more recent.

Here is where 2Pac was shot and killed:

Dagnabbit. Would be much cooler if you could get live images. I'd feel like Chloe O'brien or something.

Does anyone have a good graphics editor to copy the screencap into? I could download some old version of photoshop, but does anyone have a quicker way of doing this?

:p Now I feel stupid.

Alright, the angle sucks because google, for some reason, decided to allow for this function all along my street except the couple block I live within. Therefore this shot is from one of my cross streets.

The center apartment building, the one that is a different color than all the others (and with a security gate to protect me from the dangerous people of the Sunset District), is the one I call home.

Believe me, your wallet feels the impact of living in this city. I do enjoy being right on the ocean though.

Is it just me or is that guy in front of a strip club. That would be preety embarassing getting your picture infront of a strip club with what I assume is a wedding ring on his left hand.

It is a strip club. During midday as well.

It was so damn cold when i visited last weekend too. Especially compared to 90 degree weather in Jersey.

I also got a sunburn on my face and it was mostly 50-60 degrees the whole weekend in San Fran.

Me: I did.
Wife: Then how come google street says your car was outside the hot neighbor ladies house?
Me: ****.

I'm actually about as far away from AT&T Park as one can get in the city. The ballpark is right on the bay, I'm literally a minutes walk from the pacific ocean.

It was so damn cold when i visited last weekend too. Especially compared to 90 degree weather in Jersey.

I also got a sunburn on my face and it was mostly 50-60 degrees the whole weekend in San Fran.

If there wasn't any wind coming off the ocean or the bay in San Francisco, it'd be 80 degrees most of the time. The wind is absolutely bone chilling though.
