Wow that is definitely HUGE news , is he ineligible for this game or the entire year? I would assume the whole year but just making sure, he really was one of my favorite NT's in this years draft

It said he was ineligible for the first game, I don't think it's the entire year.

word is... the college is the one that messed up his credit count and it has nothing to do with grades or anything. how pathetic.

At the beginning of the telecast one of the school administrators said it was a very complicated issue that could cause him to miss the entire season, but first thing Monday the school will begin the appeal process.

wow that really sucks...in high school I had a couple classmates that got screwed in the first playoff game cause it was the 2nd quarter of the schoolyear and their guidance councelors didnt schedule them enough credits for the grading period...if thats the case with Raji then that is really unfortunate lets hope they figure it out and he only misses Week 1

Boston College is redshirting BJ Raji this year. Sucks for teams in the 3-4 who were looking at Raji to be the top 3-4 NT in the draft

in raji's absence, look for ron brace to emerge. he's 6'3 330 and an absolute space eater but he appears to move pretty well. next year, he and raji will be both be RS seniors and could form a pretty legitimate duo if raji comes back to form after the RS year.

Belichick might be an a-hole... but I'd rather have an a-hole that wins than one that doesn't.
