i think he'd be equally as good at either CB or FS. really depends on how fast he times. he has the ability to stick to receivers and his ballskills are pretty good. i dont see him as a lockdown type corner like malcolm jenkins, but he's very good. can lay the wood as well.
I think he's better off at FS than SS or CB. I think he's a tad overhyped with this first round talk. Good talent, but I don't see the translatable elite CB talent to push into round 1, and while I think he could be a top safety, the rumors don't indicate that he'll post elite times. I guess late round 1 is fine based on position, but I just don't see the mid-first talent some folks suggest at times.
I see him more as a Free Safety then I do a Corner.
I also see a good chance of him landing in Dallas. That's if he transitions to an NFL corner. With Newman, Henry and Reeves at Corner we could use another corner. Hamlin has been a very good Free Safety for us who should get re-signed for another 2-3 years.
