  • Calais Campbell

I didnt get to see many Miami games this year so I don't know much about him, so does anyone know if he has the frame with his size, 6'8" and 280 to maybe add some weight and move inside in a 4-3 or possiblely stay as DE in a 3-4

6'8 going on 6'6 maybe....ill believe that after combine.

but depending on his speed, he could just be a freakishly big 43 end and maybe move inside on passing downs

But will never be nearly as good. He's a BUST prospect

Maybe he could develop into a Richard Seymour type of prospect if he adds on some weight. Hes already a great player against the run.

              I agree, but I don't agree. I think he will be a 10 time All-pro or a Bust. I just don't see any middle.

I think it would be a disservice to put him any where but 4-3 RDE, he is a beast got double teamed a lot this year so his numbers went down, kind of raw but with time and the right coaching could be a dominate force in the NFL

Put him on a D-Line with a good interior already and he'll be succesful. If a team tries to build a D-line around him he'll be a bust. As a Viking fan I'd love to see him line up along side the Williams Wall. He wouldn't get much attention that way and would allow for him to have a ton of success. Minnesota is the perfect fit for Campbell.

If he drops his weight and gets his explosiveness back I see a Julius Peppers type less effective against the run. He isn't as physical as Mario Williams though. If he stays at this weight expect a good run stopper who most consider a bust because of lack of sacks.
