  • Armati Edwards' NFL Future

    LOLZ sorry bout the typo.

As we all know, Armanti Edwards is star college football player. At 5'11 180, he's rushed for 65 touchdowns but has a below average arm, so QB is clearly not an option. But with the emergence of the wildcat formation, more and more teams are looking to fill their rosters with an explosive wildcat option that can also play some receiver. Edwards played some receiver in highschool, and players like Brad Smith, Antwaan Randle El, and Julian Edelman have made a successful conversion from QB to an NFL receiver. If Edwards can add some muscle and run a 4.4, I'm sure teams would love to experiment with his raw talent.

    - My question is do you think Edwards will ever be a starter in the NFL?

    No,

He'll have to convert positions, and with the Wild Cat not having as big off an impact as it use its hard to see him starting.

No. He doesn't really have the size, won't run a 4.4. He would also have to swict positions.
