  • OG/C in late rounds?

I'd like to know what players can play the center and/or guards spots in case of needed in this years class.

Mainly i want to know what players that could be drafted during 3rd day as a back-up (at least) can play both inside spots. Thanks!

    Regards!!

Chris Hall, center from Texas, seems like a good sleeper as a center but not sure if he can play guard.

Erik Cook is an intriguing later round prospect. Played center at New Mexico but has great size at 6'6 320lbs.

Marshall Newhouse of TCU was getting some praise this week in Shrine bowl practices. Not sure what he officially came in at, but he's a bigger OG at 320+lbs.

I think Chris Hall decided to forgo his chances with the NFL to enroll in bible school.

TEXAS OG Charlie Tanner might be a viable option in the later rounds(6th or 7th). I think he might be a good OG for a team that runs a ZBS(maybe the Texans).

He's definately up there as a sleeper. I don't see All-Pro or anything like that in his future, but I think he could develop into a solid starter, and for a 5th, 6th, 7th round pick, can't beat that.
