Big fan of Mason Foster. He's got the physicality and instincts to play any of the 4-3 LB positions, IMHO.

Mason is a stud. He should be just fine playing any LB spot in the 4-3

Yeah when I made this thread I had some questions about him playing inside because he sort of struggles when blockers get into his chest. He does a great job of slipping blocks but when he isn't able too he sort of struggles. I think he may struggle against quicker blockers at the next level that will be able to get the first punch on him so I have some concerns there. Was hoping I'd get some answers from people who probably have studied/watched Mason Foster a ton but I got ignored :'(

I think he'll be fine at shedding blocks. He had problems in college, but he absolutely dominated blockers at the Senior Bowl, so you know that the talent/skill is there to do that.
Very fluid. I have him over Greg Jones.

he seems really slow in every aspect of the game, reading the play and seeing where it goes, getting to the play, getting off blocks. Doesn't seem to go towards the play rather than let the guy, hopefully, run into him 5 yards later.

I see no reason he couldn't play ILB in the 3-4.

He'd be ideal as a WS ILB in a 3-4. Versatile, rangy...He'll need to harden up his shoulder a little bit, but I could see him becoming a 4-3 backer like Beason or a 3-4 backer like Timmons.
