  • Fastest 40 By Position

Who's got what? That other 40 thread got me thinking, but it limits it mostly to Corners and WRs and Runningbacks. What guys out there are going to light it up from the LB and DE positions, what about Safetys and TEs? We all know that this year's QB class is one of the more athletic ones in years.

Going to be interesting not just overall fastest, but fastest by position, anyway who do the people say!?

    QB:
    RB: Derrick Locke
    FB:
    TE:
WR: Titus Young (his acceleration is insane)

Oh, I see. But Sheppard probably does have the best game speed because of his instincts

I said it in the other one and I'll say it in this one, Doug Hogue is going to put on a show. Possible sweep for top performer at LB for every drill, mark it down.
            Cowboys Mock:
            1. Myles Jack | LB | UCLA
            2. Vernon Butler | DT | LA Tech
            3. Karl Joseph | SS | WVU

Seriously, Bowers? He won't break 4.7. Aldon Smith, Robert Quinn, and perhaps Stephen Friday could run in the 4.5's.

if jake Locker runs the 40 he could beat Colin Caepernick... handily

                      fastest 40 predictions:

                      QB - Jake Locker
                      RB - Noel Devine
                      FB - Stanley Havili
WR - Jernigan (if healthy) or Ricardo Lockette
                      TE - Virgil Green
                      OL - Nate Solder
                      DE - Robert Quinn
DT - Marvin Austin (maybe Ladi Ajiboye)
                      LB - Dontay Moch
CB - Rashad Carmichael (altho Patrick Peterson is very fast)
                      S - Rahim Moore
